I don't recommend fossil watches at all because my automatic watch, which doesn't even require batteries, stopped operating in just 3 years, and my fossil smart watch also died and service for these watches costs almost half of what these watches cost. The store is pleasant and the staff are kind.

Store provided good service, but 2 less start is for Fossil service, my watch was pending with them for service from more than 2 months but there was no communication about status of service, when I called up their call center they provided the status.

Definitely Recommended!!! Had the opportunity to visit the Fossil store in Viviana Mall Thane. Wanted to buy a couples watch with name engraving behind it. Special shout out to Aftab, he made this entire process seamless. He is a good listener, understood our need and offered us the best 'mix and match' we could hope for. We got the perfect gift (so good are the watches I am contemplating whether I should keep the watches:) ) and to top it off he also gave us good discount as well. Pathetic service once you purchase something from here. The staff is totally disinterested, inefficient and rude. They have to be coerced to provide the services on their product. More focused on sale then retaining customers.
