Wish to not even one star to this outlet at Viviana. Took my wife and baby to look out for a watch for my wife. We were not attended to for almost 20 minutes. Then this lady, Prachi came to attend, but, didn't show us anything, told my wife to check watches from the shelf. Then my wife told us that we'll leave, Prachi told her to leave. There's no manager at this outlet, I really want to take this case up with the management. Totally not worth going here.

The store has very nice collections of watches and staff are also very cooperative especially prachi.. she shows all nice collection as per our requirement.
