I was here for a Cocktail Party. I loved the way the property is designed and the staff there was working up until 4am, that's when the dinner was closed. DJ also was up until 2am. Food was great. Well mannered staff. The only reason I'm rating this property 3 star (I want to rate less but that would be unfair) as there was no arrangement for a wheel chair for my friend who's a handicap. Had to pick him up on my back and travel to the second floor. Being a 4 star rated hotel this is very unusual. A wheelchair is present at almost everywhere even if it's not used frequently.

We confirmed the booking in April for May lodging. The management requested for the payment change, which we did, and now they are calling us now, a day before our stay there, that they no longer have rooms for us despite the confirmation. I strongly recommend that you do not book this hotel as they have horrible management and follow through on online booking. The sales rep said that it is our fault we booked through an online portal (booking.com)which they don’t consider

I had my daughter's wedding at this place and we had booked all rooms and peledium hall for 2 day. Our overall experience was very good , staff is very co operating and managed our event well. Special thanks to Anup Jain and Kuntal Bobade for all their effort.

Attended a wedding yesterday at the ‘Palladium’ and was pleasantly happy to see beautiful ’Vihang’s Palm Club’. Beautifully designed and loved the wide space it has. The classic banquet hall ‘Palladium’ where the wedding reception was held was very spacious & elite.

We had gone for the birthday celebration of my niece. The hall deco and food were good. Only problem I faced was that the reception was not able to provide me with a place for changing diaper of my kid

The place is awesome. The rooms are plush and offer high quality living, the service is quick and at your fingertips. There are a lot of amenities here including a swimming pool, a spa, two badminton courts, table tennis tables, pool table etc. There is a gym as well. Highly recommend to stay here.

Vihang's Palm Club is really very good place. Ambience is very very soothing. Love the interior. Security is also very good. Love the cafeteria "Mumbai fast" and ofcourse food is way better then i think. Staff is also attentive and polite. Must Visit this place.

I visited hotel Mumbai Fast with my team for office Diwali party we tried both veg and non veg buffet, the food was yummy and reasonably priced , the place has great Vibes and good ambience, there were variety of options provided in buffet menu everyone enjoyed the food definitely recommended.

Not good Experience. Even Rooms do not have doorbell, anyone knock out for room service, will not realize. Subscription on TV after asking. Swimming pool available but you cannot use until you have complete swim suite including head cover( Don't know Who carry these things while traveling?) Rooms/ Lift do not have good odour. Lift very slow. Breakfast was not upto the mark compared to hotels offer in this range of price.

Made a reservation in advance for staying two nights 25 & 26 July. Upon arrival we were informed to our surprise that reservation was only for a night, though they had collected our money and forced us to pay for an extra night, only to apologise to us 30 minutes later that it was their mistake and that the excess amount collected would be refunded. They also sent us an email confirming this. It's almost a month and multiple emails. No refund, no reply. Shady place. Avoid. One star because otherwise one cannot expose them by posting this review.

The Venue is great which comes with more customizable options for booking a Banquet hall and Kuntal from the staff was very helpful in it. The decoration, lightings, music and especially the food is worth the price. The only thing which can be improved is the interior wall paints and the playlist for the DJs which can include marathi as well as other songs as well and not only bollywood songs.

I had a wonderful experience at the VIHANG'S PALM CLUB. I booked *Banquet PALLADIUM at PALM CLUB* for wedding reception party at Weekend on 1st July 2023. Every staff member I encountered, like *Anup Jain, Kuntal Bobade* and also staff at the reception from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Excellent property at prime location in Thane and very convenient to have small function like wedding reception activities at *VIHANG'S PALM CLUB.* Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The banquet hall, room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a Wedding reception at weekend. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I had my engagement here recently in palladium hall. The food at the event was very good. The staff was very helpful. The event was handled very well by Anup, Kuntal,Rakesh, Akshay and all the other managers. It was a good experience overall and I am very pleased by the venue.

I got engaged at their Palladium Hall last week . I must say everything was above and beyond our expectations. Sneha managed all our requirements efficiently with a happy face. We were stress free throughout the process and that's what you are looking for during these events. Devina did an amazing job with the decor it was just WOW. The service team headed by Sam were on toes and very hospitable. Big shout out to the food here, still getting compliments for the food. Great team. Thanks a lot. Keep doing good.

I had my wedding there on 8th. 1. Delayed coordination from the staff of Vihang at the Haldi function impacted various aspects, particularly food services. 2. Proactive measures were lacking in food replenishment, leading to awkward guest requests. 4. Excess plates prepared for the Wedding and Reception, despite a reduced guest count, resulted in wastage and additional costs. 5. Limited lift access on the 3rd floor during the Wedding created inconvenience for guests, causing congestion. It was suppose to be our big day, but with all such issues, it didnt feel special.

We had hosted my mother’s 60th birthday in the banquet at palm club. The service and food was amazing. Ms. Sneha shinde had managed so well that entire event went smooth. Thank you palm club for your excellent hospitality.

The wedding event celebration was very good , The sales executive Kuntal and the decorating executive Devina travelled extra miles to ensure that the the 3 days wedding event is conducted as per our requirement. The hotel staff were very gentle, adequate parking facility, good quality food, professional music system and lighting arrangment made all the event a perfect celebration. Thanks to the team of Vihang Palm Club.

Very worst experience . Receptionist behaviour is worst. No ventilation in the room. They're telling basic room, but there is no ventilation at all. Peoples are staying inside the room , in the corrridor they are doing painting work with more sound in the nights too. Not concerning about the customer satisfaction. They are only concentrating in the money and the club membership customers. Very worst behaviour what Ive seen in my lifetime.

Rooms are of worst quality. Mosquitos all around. ACs don't work. Breakfast is not ready till 9 AM. You CANNOT trust them if you have your office.

Club experience was worse in my case. The service here is zero. Management is zero. Despite of asking for starters from our side they were slow and ignorant in that process. Ambience is good, food is superb. Thank You.

Location is right beside a wide road but its very calm once you enter the premises. The washrooms are well-maintained and the ambience is warm and royal. The staff is very welcoming and professional. I attended an ISHRAE event in a hall here so, not sure about rooms or other services. But personally, I enjoyed every moment of my visit.

This place is an oasis between the concrete desert. It does have limited parking capacity about (30-40 cards) with Valet service. The property is neatly maintained. The rooms are neat, dusted and well lit. Food is great. Staff are also fine. They have a banquet hall too..

The rooms welcome you with a stench. The foul smell was unbearable. The staff are highly untrained. The management's involvement was heavily wanting. Nobody ever gives you a call back though promised on all complaints. Basically it is a club turned into a hotel by people who has no orientation towards that. Can you imagine a cook coming late and breakfast not made till 0830h. The buffet is a misnomer. There are no spread at all. Just idli, vada, sambar and chutney displayed is the so called buffet. The room cleaning doesn't happen. Never ever go to this hotel.

We went in rooftop restobar that they have. Not at all crowded, music was ok not great. The service is very good. We asked for some variety in dishes and we got as we asked for. The ambience kind of looks boring though.

Great food at Grill and Tonic at the rooftop. Nice open air restaurant with a great bar and good food. Enjoy the cool weather there now

Attended party in banquet hall. Rest rooms located oddly. Food is reasonable ok. Parking is issue. Pillers in the hall which block view of stage.

Good place in the heart of Thane. It's actually a club which they have started renting out rooms in. The rooms are decent and spacious. A few amenities are missing as well as the exterior looks run down with peeling plaster and actual cement come off in places. The food is limited and nothing great to talk about. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment in terms of spread, though the South Indian fare was great. All in all, for the price, it is good as you can enjoy the swimming pool and the gym. It's great for out of towners who can partake of nearby attractions such as Upvan Lake, Yeoor Hills, Korum Mall, Viviana Mall, etc.

If I can give anything less than one star to this hotel, i would have done so. We are staying here currently in a Suite room. The rooms are not well maintained. With cracks and leaking walls even in a suite room. Inspite of requesting of a early check in thrice over phone, we were denied a early check in due to technical reasons. The swimming pool is too deep for kids. Not even towels are provided at the pool. The restaurant dosent provide a variety of menu. And the restaurent staff are too poker faced. The reception staff needs to learn a lot about hospitality.. that was a sad and a irritating stay here

Had been here for dinner. Very limited menu both for veg and non veg. Very less quantity per serving. Taste was ok. Service also was ok.

We had our company party organised here. So service wise was staff is realy good. Chicken fish and even the veg starters were awesome. Drinks had some variety like apple mojito, chilly guava but not that great, specially the chilli guava was actually tasting like it had added chilli powder in it. Main coarse had good option of chinese, punjabi food with icecream and gulab jamun to end with. Nice place for around 70-80 people to comfortabley enjoy their get together or any small celebration.

The rooms are spacious... The staff is very cordial. They were hosting a Maharashtrian food festival which was a worth the price we paid. All in all good experience.

Had been here for a work party. Those who had drinks had a good time but the food here was just average. Nothing great in any of their dishes, except for their desserts which were okay'ish. N not to mention their service was just sub par. All in all not visiting here again.
