10 mins walk from Thong Lo before you reach Soi 30/1, turn left after Philippines Embassy & turn right upon seeing the first building & EFC is located at Level 10. THB 530 per drop in class. Front desk staff will show you around the gym after check in. Lockers are available but did not see any lock, so I supposed need to bring your own lock? Class program includes 10-15 mins warm up, 45 mins techniques, 1 hour of sparring. In my personal opinion, felt it’s not exactly beginner friendly even though it indicates that it’s open to all levels. The entire class was filled with advanced students, felt slightly lost during class. Unsure of the duration of each program section.

Good facilities, good view, good martial art techniques. However, I felt that the coach is NOT welcoming at all (at least the one I did padding work with). I was eager to learn the correct posture so I asked him to show me the right move. Before showing me the right one, he was making fun of what I did and laughing at it with another guy. I was very disappointed. This is NOT COOL. If you have good skills but you don't have the open-minded attitude and can't be respectful then please don't be a coach. Otherwise you will be pushing people away from the community, especially the new joiners. Luckily, I experienced other muay thai gyms before so I would say that there are other gyms that have a coach who have good techniques too but they are willing to teach you. I'm not the first one who raising this issue and I really want to give a heads up to anyone that considering this gym that it is not recommend for the new joiners. It is more suitable for advanced student I would say.

Great view overlooking the city and they have a nice bar and pool - all things that don’t seem necessary for training Muay Thai. The actual space for training is way too small. Would not recommend the group classes, especially if you’re a beginner. They’re full of douchy foreigners and the coaches don’t care too much about you. I didnt get spoken a word to by them during the whole 1.5 hours. There are many more better options on Bangkok.

Read some bad reviews. Went anyways for my 2nd ever muay thai lesson. Had a fantastic time and lesson. I think this year they’ve split the beginner class away from the intermediate-advanced. thought the instructors were nice and really cared about improving everyone’s technique (all varying skill levels). Great view as its on a rooftop. The normal weight lifting gym looked spacious with tons of equipment as well.

I went to the gym and pool here. It was great! Huge pool and massive gym. Loads of equipment. Not very busy at all so very easy to use the machines. They have loads of machines - probably everything you need.

Let me just say that I have zero experience with boxing or any martial art, so I opted to do one-on-ones. I did one-on-ones with Trainer Boy, and I really enjoyed it. I'm not looking to train to fight or anything; I just wanted to practice a sport and work out in the process. I found that Trainer Boy's style fit me really well. He is a good trainer and will correct you when you make a mistake; he has a very keen eye. What was good for me is that the trainer was not very, very serious. He was friendly. I had a really good time, and I plan to try to continue the sport at a gym in my home country if I can find a good one. I'll be back in Thailand eventually and I think I'll pay Elite Fight Club another visit.

I had an amazing time at Elite Fight Club Bangkok! All the equipments were high-quality, clean, and functional. The staff is super friendly and professional. The trainers (Muay Thai and BJJ) are extremely knowledgeable. They are hard but fair, it was a truly transcending experience. You can even book private lessons with the famous Trainer Gae directly at the club! The pool area (bar and restaurant) was also fantastic. I can only recommend you to train there! I will be back for sure next time I am in Bangkok.

I went to EFC yesterday and signed up for a group Muay Thai class. I’ve never done Muay Thai before so everything was brand new to me. The group class was 2 hours long which included warmup, partner drilling, high intensity drills and 1 on 1 pad work with the coaches. The lead coach’s name was Ajarn Boy who was super charismatic and cracked jokes with us so it made the class so much fun. He made sure our technique was always on point and corrected any mistakes we made. If I had more time in Bangkok, I would have definitely signed up for more classes. Highly recommend to anyone interested in Muay Thai or even just getting in shape.

Nice gym with large facility and lots of equipment. Not the cleanest gym I’ve seen but decent. Took boxing class which gave me a good sweat but definitely seemed quite unorganized and confusing especially at the start of class as there’s no one really directing newcomers. Don’t recommend for beginners who don’t have the basics already as they just pair you up to spar each other and call out combos without really teaching. But if you’re a fighter who regularly trains with coaches then it’s a good gym.

Training with Coach Wasim at Bangkok Elite Fight Club has been a remarkable experience. His emphasis on fundamentals over flashy techniques has profoundly improved my skills. He excels in breaking down complex movements into understandable segments, enhancing both my technique and appreciation for the sport. Coach Wasim's detail-oriented approach is perfect for anyone seeking to master the basics in a clear and effective manner.

Worst gym ever. I would literally give it 0 star. The coach is consistently rude to my girlfriend by mocking her posture and her beginner level. Not beginner friendly and we didn't feel welcomed at all. It's 100x worse than a free service.

I’m so happy I went here! I’ve been injured and therefore not been able to train properly for some time. At the same time, I didn’t want to miss the chance to train at some Muay Thai gyms in Bangkok since I now had the opportunity. I tried two others before coming here and Elite was by far the best. Also, surprisingly, cheapest and easiest to reach on messenger with questions. 2 h of warm-up, sparring, bag, pads and stretching. Fun and including, they managed to meet me at my level and also had understanding for my injury. Language was no problem. Service was great already at the reception and I also like to mention that it was a very welcoming atmosphere in the group. My husband was training with me and agrees in everything I say (he’s now too tired to hold his phone and write his own review 😁). Thank you Elite, we will be back next time we come to Bangkok 🙏🏽

I trained here for a week. Straight away I was struck by how the gym management and staff are top quality and are not only professional but extremely personable and kind. They even let me check out the classes before I committed to buying more. Each 2-hour class runs something like this: - warm ups - technique - sparring - pad work - cool down The classes are challenging but always educational and informative. The Kru who run the Muay Thai classes are fantastic and add a splash of fun and joy to things which keeps you motivated and engaged through the tougher moments. They also treat beginners with proper care and attention, never leaving anyone behind or confused. All beginners that I saw received personal instruction straight away, away from intermediate and advanced students. The mats are cleaned regularly and the equipment and bags are top notch. I've trained in quite a few places and this place is as modern, clean and professional as they come. I would also like to thank Jeremy, the manager, for his hospitality and excellent communication. He really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, along with all his staff. They were all so wonderful. This place is NOT a tourist trap, guys (like so many gyms), but a warm and friendly place to get better and improve, regardless of skill or experience. I would definitely give this gym a go if you're next in Bangkok and thinking of checking out a place. I, for one, will be returning in the future.

Highly recommended for martial arts lovers. EFC is located 10 mins walk(or less) from BTS Prompong, very easy to spot. I really like the atmostphere, clean and well organized the space. For the price you pay, you get really good training in group class you choose. I mostly come for muaythai, gym and the pool. The quality session for muaythai here is impressive. Classes are well structured ( cardio, warmup, techniques, sparring, pad work, conditioning, then cool down). Trainers are very experienced and willing to teach. Although their english can be a bit tinglish but they get a long well and they know what they are doing. So far it’s the only gym in Bkk that teach you how to defend, to attack and counter attack, rather than just pad work. You get to practice in pairing and in sparring with partners which gives you a real life experience what you might actually get in a fight. Expect high contact (punches and kicks), high impact, sweat, high heart rate and lots of fun. I don’t usually live here but i would definitely come back again. Congrats to the team, a really well thought out space for gym/ fighters/ athletes/ enthusiast.

I had very high hopes for this place, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I didn’t feel very welcomed by the staff as someone new to the gym, and wouldn’t recommend it for someone who is relatively new to Muay Thai. However, the caliber of the facilities and trainers is very good.

Review for: Muay Thai Group Class (2hr//16:00-18:00//535baht) Overall: Great facility, great workout, but would not recommend for beginners or anyone looking to lay a solid foundation for Muay Thai techniques! Detailed: I definitely felt sore from this class the next day, but overall was disappointed in feeling like I did not learn any actual Muay Thai, and was more soon to be laughed at by instructors than taught. For 535 baht, I could've probably taken a cheaper plain workout class in the area and have felt just as sore (and maybe more accomplished?). However, the facilities were amazing, and the views were stunning. The rest of the group too was very fit and motivating! Overall recommendation for the business: - if the group classes are indeed NOT for complete beginners, please put a disclaimer up! It is OK to recommend folks have previous experience or pay for a 1:1 before trying out any class session. - if the class sessions ARE for a variety of skill levels (including complete beginners), be more deliberate and structured in how you accommodate for the varying skill levels. There were ~4 instructors present for the class, but it felt very disorganized and unclear who was instructing, who was just a student, and who just happened to be around. Especially for the sparring portion of the class, I'd recommend splitting up the class into 3 groups: Group 1- beginners, with an instructor to focus on techniques and basic movements, Group 2- intermediate, with an instructor to focus on the basics of sparring (combination moves, defensive tactics), Group 3- advanced, with an instructor supervising sparring and supporting as needed. I felt very lost in the sparring and to be mocked by instructors doesn't help for someone who has never sparred before and came to learn! There will probably be classes where there are 0 beginners- but just having a plan for how to support the specific training needs of the group is a crucial aspect to any successful workout class that welcomes a broad range of skill levels. -introduce yourselves to the class before starting! It is just helpful to know instructors names before starting a 2 hour class.

Great Muay Thai gym the trainers are amazing they truly do care about you. Regardless of your skill level they will work with you accordingly so far everyone I have met in the gym has a friendly attitude and make you feel welcome. The gym itself is clean and they work you out hard be ready to sweat it's literally non-stop for two hours. Again it is a great gym to come to!

Unfortunately I didn't have much time and could only do one training session. The gym is a little crooked, but that doesn't matter. It is clean, has a bar, a pool and a fitness room with a view of the city (10th floor). During training and in the ring, the view of the city is omnipresent. The training room is open to the outside.

I am so happy the Muay Thai part is opened again. I come to train every evening now again. The best trainers in business accustomed to train all levels. I cannot wait for the gym and pool part to open too soon. Definitely the best equipment in town. And oh my the sauna after for recovery is just heaven..

It all starts with getting to the 10th floor. The entrance is beautiful and clean. It continues with a very friendly and warm English-speaking reception. Now, the real deal - the muay thai. I paid for group class lesson, and it felt like i got a private lesson (which is funny, because when i went to another place to have a private lesson, but they didn't really care). The trainers fix every single thing - from the posture to the teep of the push kick. They care about the students. I'll recommend EFC to every friend that goes to Bangkok, and for sure, I'll train there again. Avichay Dukarker, Israel

Firstly I have to say great efficiency by the staff! I had enquired a week prior to make a booking for a 1 on 1 session during my quick business trip. They reached out over WhatsApp instantly to confirm my session! My 1 on 1 session with Coach Poey was superb! A very friendly coach that pushed me and I got exactly the session I came for. Extraordinary experience and would definitely consider a revisit. Staffs are welcoming and well-equipped with Muay-Thai techniques. The 2-hour session also include aerobic and muscle strengthening programs. It'd be much more fun for people with some beginner-level experience but first timer would also benefit greatly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had absolutely no experience with martial arts when I tried the Muay Thai group training during my holiday in Bangkok (550 baht). Bas, the guy at the reception speaks perfect English and was very helpful with all my questions. So let me tell you, if you are a whimp you shouldn’t try the training here. It was by far the hardest training I ever had! The group was awesome, despite my poor performance they didn’t make fun of me but helped me a lot. Also the facility itself is great, located on a rooftop with a pool. Definitely coming back here when I am in Bangkok again!

Great place to train with an amazing view from the ring. Elite Fight Club has great and experienced coaches that are really friendly. They will cater the lessons based on your individual skill level to help you improve, and for those that are more advanced, they do sparring almost every class. Clean facilities and good equipment, stunning views. Nice swimming pool and welcoming staff. Walked in to a group Muay Thai session. It felt a bit disorganised. Seems better for people who are more autonomous. Only 3 rounds of pads felt a bit light to be honest, especially given there was only 3 students at this class. Overall it seems like a decent place to train and experience might be better if you’re a regular.

Amazing facility and one of the go to Muay Thai academies in Bangkok. I built a personal relationship with all the coaches there and they are experts in their fields. Good place for amateur to train Muay Thai imho. Free use of normal gym is included in one month pass. MT group classes contain warm up, technical training, sparring (if feel like it), hitting pads / bag and cool down. Gym has spare gloves and shin guards (free). Friendly reception staff, great view and great facilities. Sadly it ends there. I attended a western boxing class which turned out to be more of a fitness class with an unfriendly instructor who told us to do some light sparring at the end. When I put in a gum shield he said ‘not necessary’ (no one else wore gumsheilds apart from me for the drill) and I was a little shocked. He then proceeded to proudly show in his mouth where he had broken half a tooth doing sparring and laughed about it. If you are serious about training boxing in BKK this is not the gym for you.

Went for a Muay Thai class based on their description "our luxury gym is the ideal facility in downtown Bangkok for professional martial arts training", but was very disappointed. The trainers brought their young children, and they were running around the training area while we tried to have class. They weren't being watched and they came onto the floor and were bumping into people and kicking people while we were trying to do pad-work. So unprofessional. How is that a "professional martial arts training? lol. Better to go to Big Box on Rama 4.

I would've given a 5/5 if it weren't for the coach I took a private session from. He seemed to be ignorant of boundaries, poking my belly, mimicking my awkward postures and holding my leg and not letting of it for fun etc. as if we'd been known each other for a long time. He should know female trainees are not his girlfriends that he can mess around with. Everything else was great. I really enjoyed the martial art itself and the facilities were perfect. The reception staff speak perfect English and are welcoming.

Muay Thai session was a bit disorganized and quite light compared to other MT camps in Thailand. There were few pad rounds and they were very short, and I spent a lot of time freestyling on the heavy bag or doing a looong light sparring session with an exhausted beginner. The facilities are clean though, the view is very nice and the staff is friendly and fun to train with.

Very good gym equipment! Except the water system is not that good. The water flow is very slow. Good place to exercise. The receptionist is very friendly.

I’ve never done Muay Thai and as a beginner this is a must go place. Great and friendly trainers. This is the view of the pool.

Excellent. Could not have found a better place to train muay thai in Bangkok. From the moment you walk in and get shown around by manager (Jeremy) you feel welcome. Their various training rooms and gym equipment are very new and well kept. Their trainers although not fluent in English are some of the best I've trained with here or abroad they really focus on students. But be prepared to work harder than you ever have before. At least you can have a swim in their outdoor pool when finished to unwind.

Highly recommended, I went to multiple muay Thai group classes. Clean, modern facilities and polite staff. The outdoor terrace location 10 floors up is a bonus. Really good technical class with several locals on hand to offer pointers. As others have said it feels more like a 1 to 1. Very intense workout! This is the gym you should come to.

Incredible facilities and even better was the care the training staff showed me after snapping my ACL. Crazy that a Canadian doctor misdiagnosed my injury, but the kru saw something wrong and recommended I go back to the hospital - and he was right, the MRI showed a fully torn ACL. These guys saved me from further injury and showed the care most gyms would never show to a farang. Thanks guys!

I joined about a week ago and have been doing private training with Trainer Kong, Bang and Boy. I've only been training muay thai for a year so I was hesitant as a beginner but it has been awesome so far and am learning lots.

This is a great place to work out and/or do some Muy Thai training. I am new to Muy Thai and the coaches and staff were very helpful to me from the very beginning. There fitness center is one of the best around, I do my weight training here as well and they have more than enough equipment for anyone. Body Building, oly lifts, or HIIT training. No complaints at all.

Me and my friend did a couple of private boxing classes and a group class with Wasim, a pro boxer from South Afrika, and it was super good! A lot of attention for technique and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to train really good boxing to go here and take a private or group class from him. Elite fight club is also a great facility with everything you need and more. A big dressing room, a swimming pool, restaurant and weights area. And last but not least the best vieuw I have even seen in a gym. They also do Muay Thai ofcourse and I hear it's really good too.
