Worth the ride and hike up. A motorbike can make it from the paved road to the entrance to the hike up. Do not park at the bottom of the hill, ride up about 2 km to the hiking entry point and park there. However, there are local trucks that will take you up for 100 baht if you don't have your own transportation. The hike itself is up a path about 150 meters long and it is a little steep but not difficult. The views are great and it's worth the trouble. The hike entry point is across the road from the 'Pa Hindum' rock in the photo.

I rent scooter and ride from Patong around half hr and then I park scooter somewhere around the way to walk up to Viewpoint, i spent time for walk 10 minutes. After that I see stunning view and below Viewpoint is the beach also nice views. Recommend everyone come here.

Great viewpoint but don't park near the main road, the viewpoint is still 1.5km further away. The road is a bit messed up going up there but by bike or larger cars you will get through. If you walk it, bring water, not much shade on the way. Also have nice hiking trails in the jungle. Some, many of those trails can be done with a dirt bike as well.

We went off the trail for this hike while looking for the trail. We ended up at Nui's Beach and took a detour around the coast on boulders. That was rather fun too but we were out of energy by the time we got back on trail. And the climb up the hill was crazy steep. The view from the top of the hill (even before getting to Blackrock viewpoint) was amazing though. *Can you see the crabs on the rocks?

10 mins walk from start point. Not recommended if it raining. You can drive your car and once see the black rock view point stone sign and you can park your car there. The view up there is spectacular !

This is the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen . Location: Black Rock Viewpoints, Phuket. It is a niche attraction. After arriving, you need to pass through a pure natural jungle. The road is a bit difficult to walk. It is recommended that you wear hiking shoes. After 10-15 minutes of mountain climbing, you can really see the sea and the sky, the most beautiful scenery~ At this time, you will find that everything is so worthwhileπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ . There are mountains, seas, and the person you love to watch the sunset with you~ . everything is so romantic

One of the most beautiful viewpoints we found on Phuket! You can either tackle the dirt track yourself or have someone drive you up (price was 200 Baht per person for both ways when we visited). We did the short drive up ourselves (scooter) , it's not too difficult if you're comfortable driving on a non-paved road. Once you get to the top, park your bike and walk into the jungle. There is a path leading to another viewpoint and a camping ground at the end of the road; the path to the Black Rock Viewpoint however leads into the jungle past a sign in Thai saying that the area is private property but passage is allowed. After about a 300m walk you're greeted with a stunning view of the Southern corner of Phuket. There were no other people during the 20 minutes we were there. All in all not much of a hassle to get there and absolutely worth visiting!

I ride my bike up there, walk up hill a little bit from parking spot (10mins). Then I found a very quiet place with a stunning view that worth to visit.
