My
wife
and
I
went
to
NITAN
for
the
7
course
'train
ride'
from
the
south
to
the
northern
parts
of
Thailand,
i.e.
the
'Flavour
Express'.
The
food
was
great,
as
it
was
very
close
to
the
actual
dish,
not
overcomplicating
it
as
many
other
fine
dining
restaurants
do.
But
still
elevated
enough
to
let
us
enjoy
the
experience
of
thai
food.
The
flavours
were
on
point,
intense,
complex,
but
not
confusing.
I
liked
how
the
chefs
didn't
hold
back
too
much
on
spicyness
as
it
is
essential
part
to
e.g.
the
curry.
We
didn't
go
for
the
wine
pairing
so
can't
review
that,
the
apritifs
were
great
though.
Service
was
attentive
and
quick,
although
sometimes
a
little
difficult
to
understand
due
to
the
waiters
wearing
masks,
having
slight
accent
and
surrounding
noise.
All
of
which
I
have
full
understanding
for.
Decor
was
very
nice,
modern,
fresh.
Pricewise
a
fair
deal
I
would
say.
All
in
all
a
good
4,8/5
stars
with
only
little
room
of
improvement.
