To be in Samui , is a very large and nice store, full of stuff even though some of the product needs seriously to be upgraded. In certain sector they really have professional equipments whilst in others it looks more like a bazar. It is indeed useful if you want to see and touch the product instead of the same online shopping . I was excited when they opened and shop a bit ...now I go only for strict urgent necessity ...recommended among the other multiproduct stores in samui .

Pick up material need to wait very long time. If any one have free time can wait can them ok. For me staffs just don't care. Hope I don't have to came here again . I'm waiting here for 30minute for pick pick up 2 item .

Lot of furniture, good selection of stuff - I probably have to go more often to see everything. Paying is slow (hey, new shop ... might improve over time) and checking your bill/goods before leaving is super annoying. But overall I'm glad for this new store.

They have a good selection of machinery, but not too much home electronics. Still good to come pickup necessities

Everything you need. Friendly staff. A lot of Friendly staff. Friendly staff in every isle. Very helpful and were able to open the box and confirm colour of fan. So no surprises.

Very good shop but lazy staff is every time very busy with phones, not everybody, but 90% of them. They are not interesting to be helpful and every even not big shopping takes a lot of time, even very simple thing. I think that somebody like general manager should take care about it.

Good store with all you need . But the staff is so bad , no one is working , they dont help you , they are just playing games on there phone . 🤣😩

What a pity this huge place doesn’t have as much choice as you could think. Furthermore I just bought a Christmas tree lighting and electrocuted myself. I would love to post a photo of the naked electrical cable but it’s not possible here. Beware of the many products imported from China that they sell.

Sellers are incompetent. Sellers don't know their product. There are no sellers, they are not at their workplace all the time. The store is good, but the staff needs to be upgraded.

Staff are very helpful. Had most of the items we needed and the discount iced coffee was delicious. Very happy with my new curtains.

They have everything what you need from top to bottom for your house and garden.
