The doctor and the staffs seemed to only care about the pennies, my cats were not properly diagnosed. The medication was too expensive and not effective. Too Fancy

Awful,i have experienced the worst customer service ever, i took my cat in because he had an infection in his cheek and the next day i came and when i saw the bill they were charging me for stuff i didnt want and they didnt have my permission to use this pricey stuff which was cat litter that they tried to hide from me in the bill and they werent willing to drop it because i am a foreigner, i really dont reccomend

Very expensive by Phuket standards. The vet techs and vets are solid but the front desk staff barely speak English, which is super weird for a place that caters to farang/foreigners. 🤷🤦 They'd get 5 stars if they weren't so pricey and had a better front desk staff who can actually answer basic questions. 😕 Also, avoid buying medication here. I was charged over 1,000 baht for Broadline when it's >~600 baht at pet stores 💲💲💸
