Had a great time with the team at Empire. Took the kids down so we could all train together in a real Thai gym. Any families looking to make memories in Khao Lak - go for it. Friendly, fun, exciting. Top notch.

Just a great experience from start to finish! Paula and Freddie are true professionals and both super kind. I enjoyed every second of the private lessons I had: the workouts were intense, but I learned so many things and techniques (especially when clinching); Freddie coached me to adjust small details and my Muay Thai has improved significantly within a short time. The communication with Empire Muay Thai was quick, easy and friendly - Paula speaks perfect German (among other languages). I would come back in a heartbeat!

A very good gym with motivated trainers and small groups. You don't need any previous knowledge which makes the training fun even for beginners like me. Thank you to the whole Empire Muay Thai team for the great experience.

Here on holiday and wanted to give Thai boxing a try. Freddie took care of me, Showed me the basics, and gave me a good challenge. The atmosphere is friendly yet serious, Fred and his crew are clearly skilled teachers and fighters. My only regret is that I won't be able to visit them more often. I highly recommend them.

Freddie and his whole team are not only very professional but also really kind. My Girlfriend and I took a Muay Thai training session and we were so enthusiastic that we booked two more sessions. Our teenagers had a private session with Khun Not and Khun Nat and they were super! The boys loved their lesson and learned a lot in the hour. Fred took a bunch of photos and videos and sent them to us after the fact. The gym is new and clean. Highly recommend!

I discovered the gym by chance and was immediately warmly welcomed by the two trainers Freddie and Not. Both challenge you in training and push you beyond your limit. The training is very individual and makes you want more. Not only inside the gym but also outside it feels like family. In the short time I have grown very fond of Freddie, Not and Paula. We were lucky to live nearby, so we had a chance to have two lessons of MUAY THAI. That was incredible. If you were in Khao Lak and didn't try - I feel sorry for you. Highly recommend to try, even if you have no experience, the guys will help. Hope to see you again and have more lessons. Thanks!

We saw the place on our way to the guest house,freddi & kru lek were very welcoming and friendly so we said well give it a try. We had our 4yo girl with us so we werent sure it would be possible to practice. From the minute we arrived they made us feel at home. They made us work hard while keeping my girl happy and having her train as well in the nicest way🥰 the great atmosphere of the place and the training kept us coming back for more & more. My girl fell inlove with freddi and kru lek while they helped us work out without interference😆 we learnt great moves and had fun training how to fight,so did my girl. Definitely the place to learn muay thai!!!

What a wonderful place we found here. Had my 2 boys aged 13 and 15 here for a week's training. Fred, his wife and his new trainer were great with them as beginners. Each session they were exhausted but enthusiastic for the next session. We used this as a fitness starter for pre-season sport in Australia and it was perfect. The fitness gained is suitable for Aussie rules so anyone who is that way inclined, a month campaign at this gym would be a perfect pre-season. Highly recommended. My friend and I decided to have one training in order to see the thai way of teaching and it was amazing. We did techniques on the heavy bag, pad work and light sparring. Hard work and sweat are guaranteed. Freddie, the gym owner, teaches very well and he's a savage. Also the other Thai teacher is a real professionist.

I did 2 sessions a day for a week, it was the best experience I've had. The team at Empire Muay Thai are the best people, very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for a longer period to get better.
