ever
in
my
life.
I
was
shopping
for
a
shawl
for
my
wife
and
unfortunately
it
was
a
defect
product
which
the
staff
said
that
they
can
arrange
another
one
from
their
Bangkok
store
and
we
can
pick
up
in
two
days.
After
two
days
later,
the
staff
is
on
leave
and
we
waited
for
30
minutes
to
get
helped
from
someone
in
the
store
to
gave
us
the
shawl.
In
the
end
it
was
another
defect
product.
We
took
a
50
minutes
ride
all
the
way
from
out
hotel
to
the
store
and
wasted
30
minutes
wait
time
to
find
out
that
it
was
a
defect
product
which
we
need
to
initiate
the
refund
process
and
this
eventually
take
another
45
minutes.
In
total
we
have
wasted
around
3
hours
from
all
the
transit
and
waiting
time
at
the
store
if
someone
from
the
shop
would
actually
check
their
product
instead
of
giving
defect
product
to
their
customer.
I
cannot
believe
this
is
LV,
like
i
have
never
experience
such
treatment
from
all
other
LV
stores
around
the
world.
