I was a very disappointed experience for me and my wife. We paid for a 5 hours tour, private just for two of us. We received a map with all the islands we could choose to go. However, when we arrived into the Phi Phi island, the boat guy, never asked us about what islands we wanted to go, or at least explain to us how the stops were going to be. We had discussed some islands that for sure we wanted to go, and as the guy did whatever he wanted, we only could go to three of them( Maya bay, Monkey beach, and Pileh Lagoon) , when there are around 10 or so. Besides, the food wasn't good either, it's supposed to include snacks and lunch, and they were ready before we arrived there, food was cold and bland. Forced us to buy some lunch in Burger King. Even we should have come back to Phi Phi pier around 2:40pm, however the bout guy returned us at 1:30pm. We paid a lot of money expecting a quality service, but at the end we just wasted our money! The Phi Phi island are beautiful, however we don't recommend this tour!

A picture perfect day exploring Phi Phi Islands! Found this tour while looking for a private boat tour on TripAdvisor. We picked The Explorer tour wanting to see the hidden lagoon. Definitely was not let down. My girlfriend got her "Thai boat photo" while my mate and I enjoyed some local type of melon and oranges on a small beach we had all to ourselves. Thank you Hannafee for the a fun and adventurous day !

This tour was SO great and exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We had our own tour guide, Bao, take us on a wonderful guide throughout the Phi Phi Islands. It was intimate and we were able to make the tour our own…no time restrictions at stops or having to rally in a big group of other passengers. Bao was knowledgeable about the islands and allowed us time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Robert who we booked through was efficient and very responsive throughout the entire process. This was the most smooth process we had experienced in Thailand. The stated itinerary is exactly what you get with this tour. Thank you Robert & Bao for a wonderful Phi Phi Island experience!

A++!! We booked a private longtail boat trip with Phi Phi Island Boat Tours last week. Absolutely enjoyed our experience with Captain Hanafee. Swam with reef shark, many fish, and explored some lesser known caves. Thank You Robert for helping organize our trip. Hope to be back soon as the island is such a paradise.

Fantastic Phi Phi Island tour operator, Robert managed the booking very well and provided awesome support throughout the tour. Kids enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming in the sea. Watching the fishes in their natural habitat is really worth every penny you spend on this tours. Food was good, had option for Indian and Thai food. We preferred Thai food, crab was good. Time well spend with family and friends

Before going on our boat tour, Robert was super helpful in the booking process, and arranging a round trip van from our Airbnb to the ferry, and the round trip ferry rides to the Phi Phi islands. He answered any questions i had before meeting up and once we reached the island we were met by Hanafee who allowed us to buy drinks and snacks beforehand and showed us to the restroom before walking us to our private boat. We weren’t 100% sure of which islands we wanted to stop at and went off of the recommendations of the crew. Their boat was bigger than expected and our group appreciated having music playing (even asked what our music preference was) and loved that we got to go snorkeling and see the monkeys on monkey beach! Unfortunately one of our friends got really bad sea sickness and Rob and his crew were very nice and patient with her, and talked her through it! I also had issues when snorkeling, since we had to dock the boat on shore for my friend we ended up having to swim out to the area where we were snorkeling and i had removed the mouth piece to the goggles and then put it back on myself, incorrectly and needed to fix it and rob helped me fix it while also helping me stay above water when i accidentally got water in my contacts and couldn’t see. Super helpful and attentive team and without them i don’t think the boat tour would have been as enjoyable! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a private boat tour company, it was great to not have to share the boat with strangers and amazing to have such a knowledgeable staff guiding us and showing us around the islands!

So, I looked at a lot of places to take tours and this one came up the most. It has some great reviews and didn't doubt the experience others had. Although mine was quite different, almost a bit awkward and weird. Robert was very communicative throughout the process and let us know who was picking us up and where we would be taken. We were dropped off and a picture of us was taken to make sure that the person who picked us up in Phi Phi Islands recognised us. We got to the island, was picked up by our host on the island and taken to the boat..... but not much communication.... it was more like meeting a shaman on an RPG and being told to follow them to the next location (made us a bit nervous). We were then showed our long boat, which was sea worthy, and our captain who was nice. We were asked where we wanted to go, but really and truly we just let the captain take us to the best locations. We were then taken to swim and snorkel, where unfortunately my wife was stung by a sea urchin. I was kind of disappointed here, cause it didn't seem like the captain was concerned (this could be because he knew it may not be poisonous). If they had a small first aid kit on board, this would have put my mind to ease, but we had to continue on with our trip worrying about the sting. The tour was quite nice, we got to see Maya beach, the viking cave and monkey beach, just beware that these areas are really touristy. We were given lunch, it was just chicken and rice in a ready packed box, nothing too fancy. We were just glad we had our own longboat. I feel like sometimes we were rushed around seeing all the sights and when I asked if we could just hang around somewhere nice, I was told that we could either snorkel or we were taken around and then taken back to the original pick up location. Then we were dropped off back to our hotel. Overall it was a nice experience, I just think that the captain should have warned us about the sea urchins first and had some sort of first aid kit. I also wish that we had a bit more time to chill on the boat, too much getting on and off. I would take this trip again, as its good value for money, but I think I'd be more vigilant about the service I get.

We booked a private tour for 2 people from Patong to Phi Phi island. The day before we accordate to pickup us in our hotel . Arrived in Phi Phi by speedboat then we jump on a longtail only for us with Bao, our guide. A little difficult to comunicate in english, I suggest you to prepare your favourite destinations before start. The tour takes 4 hours in Phi Phi. Trip: monkey bay, Pilh Lagoon, Loh sama bay, maya bay only from the sea "the beach is too croud", Wang long bay, Monkey beach lunch. You decide your stops and the time you need to stay there. Lunch: we get a quite good lunch (rice and chicken) and fresh water.

one of the best and highly recommended tour.. Our guide Roy and his team was amazing throughout the day putting their energies to make our day wonderful.. All the location were well covered with good amount of time for each location. Food and snacks provided right on time with good quantity and extra available too. Briefing in the start was too good. 10/10 highly recommended

We enjoyed our boat tour and everything was well organized by Robert. A cab picked us up and dropped us off, our speedboat transfers were smooth, and Bao piloted the long tail boat expertly. A great experience!

Amazing way to see the islands!! I booked a private day tour (6hrs) and got to see so many beautiful places that big group tours don't go! Plenty of fruit and cold water! Snorkelling and swimming spots! You can essentially do whatever you want with your time!! Well worth the extra money!

This is a full day tour from pickup from hotel, island hopping to drop up at hotel. Unlimited bottled water, soft drinks are available during whole trip. Breakfast and lunch also provided. We really enjoyed the bumpy ride and stunning views.
