Incredible place with unique atmosphere and meals. It’s a family restaurant in the best way it could be. They are open only at Friday and Saturday. There is no menu: family picks fresh groceries from local market and chef improvises. You have 8 amazing courses. I guess the cousin could be described as Levantine or at least Eastern Mediterranean but with special island touch. It’s literally ✨dining experience✨ with warm welcoming. Strongly recommend 🤍

A hidden jem in Koh Phangan. A true culinary experience with so much variety of tastes (meals and drinks). Highly recommend for all groups from couples to big parties. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You'll thank them later!

Excellent tasting menu experience. There's no menu and the food is seasonal which makes it fresh. Exquisite food presentation. It's a unique experience in Koh Phangan. The price is high compared to restaurants in the area but cheaper if you compare to other tasting menu dinners. Worth it! Reserve at least 24 hours before.

It was not a disaster and it was not mind blowing. A bit overpriced for what you get. Service is ok sometimes it looked chaotic. One set of cutlery for 8 course plus complementaries and paper napkins is not what you expect. When you choose a location like this. As a dessert—> A 🍪 😖 When Bustans Team will make these doable adjustments. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to all my friends.

Wow. Absolutely lovely experience. Everything about Bustan was fantastic. The chef creates his own menu and it's all a surprise which we loved! The food was amazing and the ambiance was really beautiful. They even catered to all of our weird, and varied, dietary requirements. I will definitely be back soon.

In a hidden garden you will find the most exquisite dinning experience!!! A must when in koh Phangan.. we had the vegan menu and enjoyed every bite, all local products, freshly made with care and love ❤️ Unique dishes accompanied by great cocktails.. will definitely come back again

The BEST place to eat, drink and have a great evening- not only in Phangan but in Thailand (and perhaps the best place I've to dine in). I knew I was gonna have a fantastic meal and lots of fun at Gili and Kailey’s Bustan, but I didn’t expect THAT level of cooking, hospitality and service! The whole evening was a blast, the entire staff was kind, caring and very professional. The food was exquisite, delightful and delicious Gili is an artist; you can tell that he finds the best fresh produce and know how to work with it Amazing place, best value for money and I will definitely come back ASAP

Absolutely phenomenal! What an incredible experience we had last night! There are no words to describe the level of care, thought, and love that went into every dish created, the stunning ambience, and amazing staff of this hidden gem. This was a 5 star experience all the way! Do not miss this treasure!

This is a must do if you are in koh panghan. It is an incredible experience- the whole dinner from start to finish was magical. The venue is beautiful, cocktails were delicious and the food is just out of this world!!!! We were a group or 6 and we all loved it.

Simply Wow! From the very first moment we arrived, the welcoming, the atmosphere, the place is absolutely amazing. Than we received a huge Manu set, a dish after dish each one was a total perfection. The focus on the smallest details, as well as the size of the dishes, was unique, creative, and large. Mind blowing. I'm adding some pictures but nothing can truly pass the tastes😋 Worth every penny.

Ingenious amazing food, fantastic service and by far the best cocktails on the island, and I say that as someone who has a cocktail bar on the island. Truly some of the best cocktails I have ever had. Thank you Bustan for a great experience!
