The driver called Bangcha is very professional; polite and on time . The back up team from Customer service also very excellent . We have kept to communicate with them during the trip and they have provided nearby instant reply. Highly recommend Patsornchai Tour to everyone and next time will no doubt to use this car service.

It was a last minute booking but they were still able to accomodate us. Even there is a little challenge in the language difference since we are from the Philippines, their customer service was able to answer all our queries. The bus service is on time and the whole travel went on smoothly. The rate is very reasonable too! Highly recommended! 🙂

Superb sevice! I booked a 39-seater for 6-day family trip, the driver (P’Somyong) was so helpful, polite, and very patient. The admin who took care of me was so polite and very helpful. The bus was clean and very well-maintained. Reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

DISASTROUS!!!! Doesn't even deserve a star. They don't communicate within the company let alone with the customers. One of two cars we booked broke down on the way and even refused to go all the way as we agreed. Even had the audacity to blame a third party saying they didn't get approval from them?? All the emails and conversations I had with the agents were just a joke. Despite the mess, gotta give credit to the drivers for being really nice throughout.

Hopeless. No communication. No one answering phone. I am not sure they turn up after 1 month of communicating. Avoid

DISASTER! The drivers were unprofessional, constantly making wrong turns and displaying a clear lack of route knowledge. To top it off, the bus ran out of petrol twice, once on the tollway. No apologies or compensation were offered by the company, showcasing their disregard for customer satisfaction.

This is my 3rd time trying to use their services, only the owner will contact me after reading a negative feedback but not sure if their staff are superb busy or just irresponsible who don't care to even attend the inquiries and business properly. Wondering how about their on-ground services?
