Had been here one evening after dinner for a look and was keen to revisit and try the coffee. PAOLO'S is a cafe/deli and grocery store. Stocked on the shelves is a wide array of imported pastas, cheeses, meats, olive oils and wines. All primarily from Italy. I ordered an Americano which was free after having purchased a pack of ground Italian coffee for 200 baht. Excellent value. Coffee itself was hot and strong. Add to that the service was nothing short of excellent. Very well spoken staff who all speak excellent English. Definitely will be back for further purchases in the future and no doubt more hot coffee!

Great little place in an unlikely location. Service is particularly exceptional. We were able to customize a cold cut platter. Also, we accidentally ordered a pizza that normally doesn't come with any pizza sauce. When I asked about it, they took it in the back and added sauce and a bit more cheese. It was perfect. Prices are on the higher end for the location, and they add a service charge, which is very unusual outside of Sukhumvit and the tourist path, but the quality of the food justifies the price, and I would've left a 10% tip anyway for the service, so I didn't mind paying the service charge instead.

The variety and quality of the food presented at this restaurant are simply outstanding. The pastas are cooked to perfection, with the sauces expertly balancing flavors and leaving you wanting more. The classic Carbonara I ordered was a revelation, with silky strands of pasta bathed in a decadent sauce that epitomized culinary perfection. Every bite was a testament to the chef's unmatched skills and passion for authentic Italian cuisine.

Great food and ambience - you won’t be disappointed with this cozy setup, a good selection on the menu, and the owner is very attentive to his patron’s needs… There’s also a good selection of items you can take back home - Honey from Italy, Cheeses and more…. Parking availability is a plus for this unique Deli You won’t be disappointed and like me, will probably be planning my next visit already! I Loved the PIZZA very much!

A food was okay，but i'm not sure that the day that i've visted was my bad day. I'm not appreciated the service at all, i've waiting for my pasta around 20 minute and they told me that " have someone told you our pasta made fresh, it's take time" so i don't know how long your gonna take, but doesn't the word you say to the customer. Even the food was great but i'm not gonna recomended no one.

Paolo’s is a wonderful addition to our community-we love the food and love the ambience. Paolo himself cannot do enough to help you whenever possible and does what he can to make his restaurant just what people are looking for. Additionally he is really trying to build a positive community feeling and is supportive of other local businesses which is admirable. His staff are hard working and so friendly. Paolo also offers outside catering and his staff did a wonderful job last week for us when we ordered some food for a party that we hosted. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Attention to quality and freshness is a 10! Looking forward to a return visit to try more choices!! Soup with the very crunchy bread sticks was delicious!! Salad was super fresh! I can’t wait to try the deli offerings.

So glad to have this place in my neighborhood! Delicious food, good selection of wine, reasonable price. Went for dinner twice and enjoyed the ravioli with 4 cheese sauce. Met the owner Paolo, and he was so nice and welcoming! Looking forward to coming back for lunch.

This is the second year we have asked Paolo's to cater our celebration of Robbie Burns evening. It is quite a formal affair with a set procedure and number of meals. Again, Paolo was very flexible with our menu requests - Scotch Broth soup, a haggis and root vegetable puree, a beef wellington and sea bass main and a raspberry pannacotta. His service team and chef arrived early and set up the dining and serving areas. The food was immaculately plated and every course was absolutely delicious. I was glad there were some leftovers for me to have the following day. His team were very professional, pouring drinks and clearing away. They tidied up and left, returning the next day to clear the glasses. The price was reasonable and the reviews from the guests were resoundingly positive. We would recommend them highly for any event you might be hosting.

Be careful! The photo is for advertising only. Unfortunately, the real food is another story. (Edited) the food is 190.- Bht. But it’s not the point. The point is I only demanded the food that exactly shown on the official picture. Instead of arguing with your customer, please take time to improve of your food standard.

Having lived in Italy, we are choosy about Italian restaurants. Delighted that Paolo's Deli is authentic and located close to Nichada Thani. Food that you can eat on the weekends when you don't want to operate your kitchen. The menu takes care of all family needs. The ingredients are fresh (I often judge an Italian restaurant by the quality of their mozarella, and theirs is excellent), and the food is made with passion. And of course, Paolo is just a great guy. Highly recommended!
