Although the facilities and instructors are great this company is focused solely on making money rather than providing great customer service. I have been a regular at this studio for many years but after many petty incidences, I've decided that this company doesn't deserve any of my money. Firstly, the cancellation policy is 6hrs ahead of time, if you do not cancel before that they will charge you the full class. The instructors however can cancel any time they want - double standard. Oh, and if your package expires and you didn't go to all your classes when it was not entirely in your control (instructors cancel, COVID regulation etc) you don't get your money back and your package expiry date can't be extended. Secondly, even as a regular, if you don't purchase a package for the private classes you are not given any priorities in terms of the scheduling, making it extremely difficult to get the time you want, even if you've requested a consistent time and day to make things simple. Every year their prices increase and I've yet to complain as I love the instructors but the amount I am paying is no longer worth it. One specific incident that demonstrates their ridiculous level of pettiness was when I changed my mind after I bought a single private class and asked if I could get the package instead and include the class I just bought with the package right after I just paid. They said no. I just don't really understand the logic towards this type of customer service. This is just one of the many instances I've encountered and I have had enough. Will definitely not be returning.

They do have good teachers and the places is quite nice, but if come late, and someone took your space, you are still charged the full session and they also charged the person who got your space. So Absolute is getting paid double for 1 space. I find this unethical, considering this rule was not part of the contract, when I signed. And if you have time constrain, your chances of getting in a class is pretty slim, unless you are an early rise (before 7:45 am ) and are organized, as rush hours classes need to be booked a week ahead.

Located within Amarin Tower at 11th floor. Very big and clean space with many shower rooms. I went for cycling class and it was taught with a mixture of Thai and English. There are English speaking staff. For booking, I had done by booking through phone call as I am only staying in Bangkok for 4 days. However, the class was not beginner friendly even though it was labelled as foundation for 15 mins. There was no introduction of handlebar positions and bike setup. My beginner friend had problems with the bike but the staff is nowhere to be seen. Strongly suggest that to work on being more inclusive to beginners.

Gave 4 stars because the building is being renovated. There isn't much parking. You have to go up to a high floor. The fitness center is on the 11th floor. You have to use the elevator on the office side. You can park at the gas station for 3 hours for 10฿. The fitness center here is good. There is an en suite shower room and toilet. There were a lot of people because it was probably the biggest branch.

Overall satiafied! I got 3 classes / 2 weeks / 690 bht (50 bht for credit card). The classes named like s-waistline is not yoga but rather an exercise class. For the hot yoga, they use air heater not a floor heater which I personally don't like that much but the class was good! They have a nice shower area with towels.

If book via class pass cannot pre-select bike before class.

Sadly, to attend the spin class, you need to attend an intro class that is only at one time. 5:00pm. Unfortunately this is not convenient for other people to make arrangements at dinner time.

I tried all rhythm cycling studios in Bangkok and found the Absolute Cycling is the best. The lighting, the sound, the techniques, the instructors, are the best combination! It is the best cardio exercise in the shortest time 45 minutes. During the class I feel relaxed listening to music, closing eyes while riding and feel refreshed after the class. They also do yoga, pilates, functional training, private class, healthy food and juice as well. Many branches in Bangkok in easily accessible locations. The studio, equipment and changing room are high quality, clean and well maintained. The studio has its own mobile application for members to book a class in advance which is easy and convenient. The front staffs and cleaners are polite, helpful professional and very well trained. Overall service is good. All in all, Absolute is a well-round fitness studio for everyone whether you are looking to work on a cardio, fitness flexibility, or weight lifting. They have it all. Last note, price could be pricey for rhythm cycling and at some flagship branches in town. But if you can afford, I strongly recommend it!

Harrison brings inspirational magic to his classes. I first took classes from Harrison at the Luang Suan Absolute studio 20 years ago. While on vacation in Bangkok I am thrilled to see he is teaching at Absolute again. His classes shine with disciplined poses, great timing for breathing, and constant light humor. Go to his class! It will make you a better person.

From personal experience I just applied to try out the service. I went to The Commons branch for the first time and after that I tried the Amarin Plaza branch because it's close to the office. I was more impressed with the staff at The Commons branch, even though the space was limited. It's a little difficult to find a parking spot. But I feel comfortable. The staff are welcoming and supportive. As for the owner at the Amarin Plaza branch, from the first time I went, they didn't welcome me at all, they didn't have service mind at all, I don't recommend them at all, they didn't smile, their faces looked rather stressed and tired. Have you ever asked for a little help? and bought socks, but the response was more of an annoyance. So it makes me not want to ask for help or interact much. Exercise at Absolute. I like all the teachers. I like the facilities at every branch I've been to. But I'm stuck at the Amarin Plaza branch staff. If I don't need it, I probably won't go.

Very nice studio with spacious and clean changing room and waiting area. However , for non - Thai residents , don"t call and make a reservation.I called and they totally messed up my reservation . Luckily , I came in person a day in advance. Pilates classes are quite good.

It’s great boutique fitness in the middle heart of Bangkok. Atmosphere in lobby is very nice. Also the full services start from front desk until food services. Instructors have experiences and take care in details. If you looking for best fitness centre in Bangkok around Ratchaprasong area. Absolute You is absolutely right place to go.

Absolutely awful experience, called in the morning to book a yoga class (said on the website the class time is 11:30-13:00), confirmed on the call. Then when I arrived, been told the class schedule on the website hadn’t been updated, the class started from 11:15, No any apologies, only told me you can’t go in.
