I would partially recommend this place since there are several rules to follow that can make you feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Overall, the duplex room is really nice, spacious and perfectly fitted for 4 people. However, there is one big thing we think that is not okay at all. Before leaving, the owner came and asked us not to wear any shoes if we ever come back again. We were trying to say sorry and explaining that we never wore any shoes during our stay until the very last minute. One of us stepped into the room to grab a bag in the bed that we left over. The male owner seemed to be furious and said “ I can easily charge you for the damaged floor tiles and you have no idea how much it will cost”. We felt threatened and were really shocked from his reaction since we tried to put everything back where we found them to make it easier for the owners to check things before returning our deposit. We admitted that we wore shoes in the room but it was literally last minute while we were leaving. There is undoubtedly no damage on the floor tiles. Only some sand on the floor, which can be easily sponged or mopped. I personally believe that there is a better way to communicate with customers when explaining the house rules and the owners can possibly be more professional and mature. Apart from this issue there are some other things that future guests should prepare before coming to this place. 1. There is no hairdryer in the room so you should prepare in advance if you need one. 2. All the beds and blankets are quite dusty so please beware if you are allergic to dust. I had to take a drug to treat allergy in order to sleep. 3. There is a bit of paint fumes in house, which can cause short and long term health effects. This should be better over time. 4. You should prepare slippers if you don’t like to walk barefoot because the first floor can be super cold and hard.

Very friendly English speaking owner. She loves her work and her place. She will insist you to off the aircond and when leaving the room but you can line her to on the aircond when u are heading back. She probably just want to save the energy. She provides good suggestions on where to go and how to go and even offer to help with the transportation arrangement. Room is very clean and comfortable. Happy stay here in this small town for 2 days. Thank you.

โรงแรมน่ารักใจกลางเมืองพิษณุโลก เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว วันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์มีโอกาสได้ไปพักแล้วประทับใจมากๆค่ะ เด็กๆชอบมากเพราะมีชั้นลอยแยกพื้นที่ให้ เจ้าของบริการประทับใจมาก แนะนำสถานที่กิน สถานที่เที่ยวได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าเป็นขนมปัง ไข่ดาวและมีขนมไทยกับผลไม้ปิดท้าย อิ่มพอดีๆแบบมีคุณภาพ ใครเดินทางเป็นครอบครัวควรรีบจองนะคะเพราะจะเต็มไวมากค่ะ

What a pleasant surprise this stay was. Set in a residential area a 5 rooms house with a cat park in front of each entrance. The love for the detail to make the stay a truly remarkable guesthouse stay has been done so well by the hosts. Don’t expect a five star environment yet you have everything you want for a good cost overnight stay at affordable prices. Owners are so lovely and care taking. Please stay there and support them.

Reasonable price and good value for 4 people. Location is just in the city, but not centrally located

เจ้าของดูแลเอง บริการให้คำแนะนำดีมากๆ ประทับใจครับ ใครมาเป็นกลุ่มแนะนำที่นี่เลย ห้องนึงนอนได้ 4 คน เตียงเดี่ยว ข้างล่าง 2 ข้างบน ฟูกนิ่มๆ 2 เป็นลักษณะชั้นลอย เจ้าของให้คำแนะนำเรื่องที่เที่ยว กินดีมากๆ ครับ ใส่ใจบริการ ตอนเช้าใครซื้ออาหารเช้า เจ้าของจะไปเลือกสินค้าท้องถิ่นมาเสิร์ฟเลย อร่อย ละมุนมาก สำคัญที่สุด นำสัตว์เลี้ยงตัวเล็กมาพักได้ด้วย มีค่าบริการเพิ่มนิดหน่อย เรื่องปกติครับ ชอบที่สุดคืออ่างล้างหน้า ออกแบบได้พอดีกับตอนยืน ไม่ต้องก้มเลย น้ำก็แรง โรงแรมเองตั้งอยู่ใกล้วัดมหาธาตุ มากๆ ไปไหว้พระพุทธชินราชใกล้ๆ ได้เลย เช้าไปตัดบาตรในตลาดตอน 6 โมง ที่ตลาดอรัญญิก ของกิน ของขายเพียบ ราคาไม่แพง ได้ฟิลบ้านๆ ประทับใจครับ

Very Very comfy and clean. Good functional room if you travel with grow up kids. Suitable for travelers with car because it’s location. Very good service by owner.

Very nice owners who speak excellent English. I can't say enough how helpful and kind they were. The rooms are modern and new. The second floor is a mezzanine which houses 2x single beds - good for the kids. Downstairs is a double bed.

L’hôtel était génial, un des meilleurs de notre séjour! La proprietaire est d’une infinie gentillesse, elle aime son hôtel et adore conseiller sur ce qu’il faut faire aux alentours. La chambre était moderne avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et très bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur de nos vacances : œufs brouillés, jambon, salade, gâteaux faits maison, jus d’orange pressé, etc.
