Fantastic gym room ,,with just a 50 baht day fee to use ,,a wide selection of ice cold soft drinks / water available 😀 A very nice pleasant front desk staff lady . A great overall ambience , I will enjoy training there during my 3 week stay in prachuap .

The gym is a very clean but basic gym with two multi-station rigs and cardio equipment. There are dumbbells, but they go up by 2.5kg in the first 10kg, if you are a light lifter, you will have to adjust your workout to suit. There is also no squat rack/deadlift station, so you will also have to consider that when doing your training. It is open at 7 am, though, if you prefer to do your workout in the morning, this is the only gym in the area that is open that early. Saying that the office opens at 10 am, and between 7 am and 10 am you can pay with the Thai QR promptpay, but I was getting there at 9 am doing my workout and paying at the office as I left. It costs ฿50 for a day rate. It has enough to get you by while travelling but not enough to do a serious workout.
