Extremely cute, unique, hole in the wall shop! I have never seen something so niche - 2 kinds of samosas (OG and one with Jackfruit Thai-Indian fusion). I love the passion of the owner/chef to ensure a flavorful experience for the customer and slowly launch a new flavor when it’s absolutely ready. Very fresh! And there are not many Indian street options around so this one is perfect and great location. The green chutney was exactly like how my mom makes back home (I’m Indian). The chef being Thai and never been to india, I think it’s commendable to nail something so authentic to Indian taste! Since I’m traveling solo and a little bit on the healthy side, I can’t eat 3 pieces everyday but a must try for everyone (including meat eaters)!

Delicious food, even without meat it was fantastic. It was very nice talking to the lovely owner. They have two stands on the Nightmarket in Pai. I highly recommend eating their Samosa's!

So good. They had two recipes when I was there, one a classic with potatoes and peas, felt like I was back in India. But the other 🤯 Omg jackfruit and mushroom you guys. This was mind-blowing. SE Asia flavors meet Indian classic. They serve a spicy green chutney on the side it's soo good. This place is so authentic they make the dough themselves with perfect Indian recipe. Vegans vegetarians you HAVE TO come here. Meat eaters? Tell me the jackfruit mushroom don't fill you up!! They sell in pop-up stands all over Pai but you have to come to their shop to meet the owners, they're awesome. Everything served in banana leaves #sustainable. I bought 3 of their samosas and it was the most delicious Thing I ate so far in pai! Really authentic and especially the chutney was amazing! The owners were really nice and I Had a nice Chat with them. I highly recommand this place!

This place has AMAZING samosas. Everything is made from scratch even the chutney and sweet tamarind sauce. Also they make a very refreshing honey-lime soda 😀 Must try when visiting Pai 😊

This place is lovely! Small menu that had been mastered. The samosas are delicious and made from scratch in front of you. The OG samosa tasted just like my Indian grandma makes. The chutney was also 👌The service was excellent and the two woman who work there are very sweet and put in a lot of work to make sure you have a good meal.

Wish I went into the shop instead of delivering. What a samosa and the chutney is to fire! Got the 10 pack and 3 sauce for the incurable munchies. The crispy texture hits you first, the spiced fillings in both styles and of course that green gold dipping sauce. The paper bag it came in was not covered in oil and everything was ripping fresh/hot. Cherry on top, the shop owner had messaged just to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to order more. it’s very Very authentic samosa, highly recommend to try jackfruit mashroom samosa

I actually had their samosas at their stall in Saturday night market near silver temple in Chiangmai. Matthew approached me gently saying you might like to try these...(I guess, he figured that I was Indian 😊) After satisfying my curiosity about their Samosa story, I had to (wanted to) try one, but ofcourse I bought 3 and as soon as I had taken the first bite I knew I was eating quality ingredients. I have had a taste for eating organic produce for a long time, even their oil used for frying everything felt super fresh & really good quality. I was leaving having eaten 2 samosa with most of the green chutney which BTW tasted truly authentic Indian when Matthew slipped me one more tub of chutney, 👍🏽😄 By the time I left the lane, I had eaten all 3 samosas; and this is after a big burger dinner. 😬🤭😅 Really like their takeaway packaging as well. 👌🏽

The fact that they are Thai making the samosa, its impressive. My husband is Indian and they did a good job with the samosa + the ingredients are organic! Kudos! I highly recommend this!

Wow, greatest tasting authentic Indian samosas outside India. Great snack stop for the munchies after 420. Beautiful staff, beautiful people. A must in Pai.

Top 10 meal in Thailand. Get the OG samosa. You can find them every night on the walking street, or at the Saturday market!

Really delicious samosas, the outside is so crispy and the green sauce is perfect. A great balance spicy and flavorful.
