A great place for water therapy, sounds healing, yoga, and all sort of mind and mental healing. All instructors are lovely people and they can speak many languages..English, Thai, Cantonese, Spanish, French, and Indian. There are toilets and showers. There is also a cafe and library! The location is a bit hard to find. It’s better to pin to Pipat court and then turn in from there as if you set the location directly there, you won’t be able to get in as the back gate is closed.

Lotus is a wonderfully high quality yoga and wellness studio!! Every class I took during my time in Bangkok was phenomenal (gong relaxations, kundalini yoga, yin yoga) and I wish I could have taken more. The staff, teachers, and owner are beautiful people who teach and hold space with their whole hearts. There are spaces for yoga, soundbaths, a library and tea bar, in addition to a beautiful garden. Tips: -their website is super easy (buy a class package then book via the schedule) -walk through Pitak Court parking garage and follow the Lotus Wellness signs until you arrive at this beautiful healing compound!

Hard place to find. Google maps show the location in the middle of the block, but finding the path to the center is disorientating. In one of the google reviews, mention Pitak Court. Which is actually, an apartment complex. You walk through the parking structure to what appears to be a dead end become an access road, you weave around properties as you follow the signs. Open Mic night was a great experience that Lotus, compare to another venue. Everyone was friendly, spontaneous, and supportive.

It was amazing to stay in Lotus for these weeks to have my yoga and Gong lessons with those experience teachers under very peaceful atmosphere. I experienced a real water singing bowl bath in Bangkok and took five days of different types of yoga courses. Although yoga is also available in Hong Kong, it is really a different experience here👍🏻The instructor is kind and professional, and the atmosphere is harmonious Next, I feel so good 😌thanks for Mel. Teacher introduced me to a supplier and bought a singing bowl with good quality and reasonable price🙏🏻so Happy 😊

Yoga studio in an old home with clean, peaceful and good energy vibes. A small garden with tree and animals like birds and cat is just outside the house door. Location: This is not accessible unless by driving or by scooter. Google maps will show bus routes but buses are unreliable! Drop off and enter through Hampton International Pre-School (Sathon) and take a 5+ minute walk in through the carpark and other residents’ buildings. Studio: + Wide variety of classes like gong bath, kundalini, tai chi, and even floating in water healing. + Teachers I encountered are all Westerners and thus fluent in English. + Air-conditioned home yoga studio with blankets provided.

Beautiful oasis from the city of Bangkok. Immediately walking in and suddenly felt transported to an inner space of relaxation. I came here for a Kundalini Yoga class and saw they have so many workshops from Reiki, sound healing, and something for water healing which I am quite curious to learn about. Will definitely come back whenever I am in the city!

Had an amazing gong sound healing. With her music she is able within no time to bring me to that sacred place in myself where I am free of thought and worries. And from there drift off in a state of healing and surrender. Totally loved it. Time flew by. Wish I had know it earlier I would have gone more often. Will definitely go back again when I’m in Bangkok.

A magical place that I almost do not want to recommend because it is still an insider tip. But I would like to support the owner and her nice staff there. A place of peace in the middle of Bangkok, great yoga sessions, sound healing and the floating soundbath is something very special that I have never discovered anywhere before. All highly recommended. There are also other private lessons (Reiki treatment for example) can be booked on site, which are priced a bit higher but are also worth it...

The one week sound healing course with beautiful Mel and Santi and Roni was totally amazing. We learned so much how to play the gongs , the Tibeten and the crystal bowls and many other instruments. It was a live changing retreat and open up my heart and soul . Deep gratitude 🙏🏽 can’t wait to come back and continue this journey of sound . Thank you so much for providing a safe and soo beautiful space for us .See you soon .

A 5-star experience, atmosphere, and all the people✨ I already liked Lotus when I saw the big tree at the first entrance. Here's truly an urban oasis! Many say the address is hard to find, but don't worry. They provide clear instructions and even have a video tutorial. Katt, who contacted me, is lovely. I can call them anytime or help and talk to the taxi driver if I get lost. I suggest coming by BTS/MRT, because of the busy traffic jam in Bangkok, it only takes ten minutes to walk from the MRT station. I visited here twice on this trip and tried kundalini yoga, gong bath, and private floating sound bath class. I have practiced vinyasa yoga; it was my first experience with kundalini yoga. Jodie was friendly and introduced kundalini to me in every detail, happy to answer any questions. The second time went to the private floating sound bath with my friends, Melanie greeted us warmly. She is also from Hong Kong, speaks fluent Cantonese, and is very friendly. Well-prepared tea for us to relax. The atmosphere is also perfect. You will not be in a hurry to start the session immediately. The floating sound bath is an exceptional experience; I highly recommend it! Sis and I were a little scared initially because we were unfamiliar with water. Melanie was gentle and took good care of us so that we could relax. Also, water was prepared to keep us hydrated after finishing; so comforting! If you're lucky, maybe you can try Mel's bake too. The banana cake is an unforgettable 5-star deliciousness!! Better than a restaurant! Love this place so much! It's more like a homestay. The team will take good care of you. It's a place that makes people feel relaxed and happy. Missed it very much when I backed to Hong Kong, hope to come back again soon :) Warmly recommend everyone try a class or two. It might give you new inspiration!!

I have completed one-week Sound Healing training at Lotus Wellness studio. Mel, Santi and Roni are amazing teachers! Passionate about their instruments and extremely knowledgeable. The learning process is very hands-on and practical, which is exactly what I was looking for. We also learned how to use our voices as a healing tool, which was very empowering. Highly recommend this training to anyone who is interested in learning how to play gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and also to those who are looking for personal transformation. The beauty of this course is that you learn to play a lot of instruments, get a lot of practice and during this process you understand what instruments you connect and resonate with better. It’s a beautiful journey. Plus, all additional amazing activities! Cacao Ceremony and Ecstatic Dancing were such a fun way to celebrate graduation!
