Hotel was great. We stayed in a penthouse apartment. Pool area was great, great food. Not loud at night, but the bar outside was under renovation and so probably quieter than normal. Great choice if you want to be close to Bangla.

Be very careful of your room location. You could end up feeling like you are in a prison yard with no views and overlooked by other people the photos show our view from Bedroom Bathroom and Lounge

Jll operated, they turn a blind eye to dodgy scammer condominium and hotel room owners so don't expect your booking to be confirmed upon arrival also massive utility bill mark ups. Air bnb also allowed which is illegal

The hotel itself is pretty nice and location is great, however I cannot recommend staying here for two reasons: 1. The ladyboy at the front desk, named Pangpong, was unbelievably rude on multiple occasions for no reason, unprovoked. There was no controversy or problem being discussed, just uninvited rudeness, and at one point she brought a female guest to tears. 2. The AC in the rooms is not great, but additionally they have motion sensors. So even when you are in your room, if you aren't moving about, the AC will turn off. Because of this and the fact that they turn off any time you leave the room, my room was very rarely at a comfortable temperature. If you don't mind rude staff and poor AC, everything else is great!

This hotels is sooo discusting. I was there for 2 hours and then left. 1. The room has no fresh air inside and you cannot see trough the windows or open them. 2. It smels like a old basement in the rooms and the color choices are super weird. Super stressing to be in there. 3. The main use for this hotel is to be a place for short stays for people that bring in escorts girls from the streets of phuket. One of the worst hotels i ever been in, i just checked out. Would not recommend for anyone to go there.

Worse place I ever stayed they tried to make me pay for cleaning when they didn’t even clean our room before we got there and then tried to charge us for electricity. AC didn’t work and heavy cigarette smoke smell. They will not help you at all with anything. Try to stay somewhere else if you want to have a good stay in Phuket.

Possibly the best location right in the centre of the action on Bangla. Perfect if you are looking to enjoy the Patong nightlife. In the heart of everything. Great staff and spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the location.

A great place to stay close to Bangla Rd. As we booked our room via Air BNB our room doesn't have room service, however if booked through the venue then all services are available.

Lovely stay at Absolute Bengla, the hotel is about as close as you can get to the middle of the action. The suites are lovely and clean. Really great service from Huan, Yui, Jasmin & Bos, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was friendly. I stayed at the rear of the hotel which was quiet and positioned away from Bengla rd which can be quite loud. Great view from the rooftop.

Great place if your after partying on bangala road it's just off the strip. Rooms are clean,pools nice and food was pretty good too. The only problem is its not accessible by car after 5pm but only about a minute walk from the main road. Probably wouldn't recommend it for family's or if your after a romantic trip but great if your after the party scene

Poor!! Booked 8 weeks in advance. Hotel cancelled my booking then said I can rebook again and they put the price up $500. Avoid at all costs

Poor. Booked over 1 month ago and hotel cancelled with no notice or explination. Beware, and book at your own risk.
