Good service with reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. The clinic looks like spa. Doctor always tell the price before doing something, which is good for the client to decide.

I had a great and memorable experience using the dental service from this clinic. The clinic looks like a resort and has state-of-the-art facilities. The staff and nursing assistant are efficient, friendly, and attentive. The dentist is very professional, thorough, and friendly. She shows the digital X-ray film of my teeth and explains everything I need to know in details, and then performs the procedure gently. They make me feel comfortable. I recommend this clinic to everybody who look for a quality dental treatment. I will certainly visit them again/

Absolutly great! I am a backpacker travelling around south East Asia for 6 months, and booked my flight home through bangkok just to come to this clinic to do teeth whitening. They are incredibly nice, the place is luxurious, the doctor is international so speaks amazing English, and explained everything to me. The result was fantastic. I had a big Yellow stain in one tooth, that every doctor says it doesn't come out with teeth whitening, but it is almost gone now! Very happy! And the price is amazing. Before i compared lots of clinics, and they are all around the same prices, but this one, not only is one of the top 5 dental clinics in Bangkok, but also has the lower price I could find! Doing a teeth whitening for 130 euros instead of 400-600 euros like in europe, especially in a luxurious clinic, is just AMAZING! :)

Went in for a quick consultation about getting some veneers. The reception staff were pretty friendly. The dentist didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and wasn't very informative. She also took a 5 minute phone call during the consultation. They charged me 1000 baht for that quick 15 minute consult which didn't inform me of much - basically just breaking down the costs. They said if I decide to get the veneers with them, they would take the 1000 Baht consult fee off the price. Given the unprofessionalism and the fact that she didn't really know much about veneers or cosmetic dentistry in general, I definitely didn't want to go back to get my teeth done here. Most other places I went to do NOT charge a consult fee for the initial consult - you are free to judge them on their merits. But at Ivory, I felt like they were charging and trying to financially entice me to come back to do my veneers - something I'm not willing to do for such an important procedure where the dentist's skills directly influence the final result.

The dentist was only able to talk about pricing - which he got wrong and kept changing. There was very little talk of the actual dentistry and when asked for explanations I was given a blank look - he had poor English and the dental assistants kept giggling in the corner. They then charged over what the lady mentioned on the phone - which was 'will be free'. Whilst the place looks nice it isn't worth wasting your money. I would recommend the BDIC if you need dental work done.

Very very good service and peaceful place

I Travelled from New Zealand to have my dental work done and Originally went to BIDC as many people back home had gone there, some had good feedback and some not so good. My Consultation there wasn't so great, I felt like I was just a number and they were very pushy and didn't answer any other options. So I then went to The Ivory Dental Clinic, right from the moment I walked in the door they were very Friendly and Welcoming. The Place was very clean and like a spa. Then I had my consult with the Dentist, He was really informative and really took the time to look and see what my best options were, he then explained quality of products and recommendations. His English is ok, I could understand exactly what he was talking about and he made sure I understood, I'm here for a good dentist not an english speaking major.... I did the Teeth Whitening the same day as the Consult as I felt really Comfortable with them. Today the dentist started the Teeth work preparation for the Crowns and Veneers as well as some small cosmetic work he said he'd do. I left with a temporary and the dentist really seem to care and took pride in his work, I was Very Very Impressed so far. My Crowns 4 of them and Veneers will be done Saturday and I'll happily post pictures and finish my review then. Regards, Scott

I normally come to use the service here all the time. The service is good. But this time I came to use the service by purchasing a dental check-up package. I feel like the doctor acted in a hurry. The dental appliance comes into contact with the mouth and makes it sting a bit. Scrape away tartar + polish teeth + enamel It took a total of 25 minutes. This time I wasn't impressed at all.
