Lovely place with great lakeside view. Food was delicious and the cappuccino was some of the best we’ve had in Thailand! They have a very serene vibe so the place is great for anyone trying to get some work done or read a book (ps they offer a great selection of books, and you can even borrow them for 20baht).

One of my favourite places on the island! DELICIOUS food and drinks in a beautiful traditional open building with extra-high ceilings that allow air circulation and natural shading. Calming and meditative views of the lake, relaxed atmosphere, trendy and intelligent design with lots of attention for the details, but still cozy and functional. High quality thai food and (western) breakfast dishes, delicious freshly pressed green juices very well balanced in taste, which is rare to find. Lovely people and service. I highly recommend this cafe ✨

Just great in every aspect. I love the atmosphere directly at the lake. It is my go to place to work. They have a good selection of vegan food and drinks for decent prices. You can get drinking water for free. The staff is super super friendly and you feel very welcomed. They have a big selection of books you can take and read or even games (including chess if you ask the staff for a board). Wifi ist good and stable and there are power outlets to charge your devices. Besides the cafe itself, the footprint approach of the cafe is so great as it gives 100% of the profit back to the community.

Very good café at the lake in Sri Thanu. Our breakfast here was very good and it was so interesting to hear about the idea behind Footprint Café and how the money we spent helps to make a positive impact for the local community!

Amazing place. This was actually my favourite breakfast on the island. Eggs were done perfectly, and the real butter and feta were a nice touch. Other than that it was very comfortable, there is an amazing book collection so you can wile away some lazy hours and best of all…it is a socially conscious project that supports environmental and local issues. Profits go back into the island and community. I absolutely love this.
