Visited on 11 December 2023. Took the spa package (3 hours) with body scrub, infinity deep tissue massage and pro glow smooth facial for 4400 baht. Would suggest that one find the masseur of the same gender - the underwear which you need to change into is rather see through so less awkward if both professional and client are of same gender. Body scrub was excellent and masseur took effort to clean 95% of your body area. Took green Jasmine exfoliating option, which was rougher. Massage using energize oil was good and though some areas felt discomfort (pressure point at a super sore area or muscle spot being squeezed with forearm), I fell asleep. Facial was at best average. Can skip if you go for professional facial. Just applying of lotions and creams and wipe off, repeat. With body massages in between. I would return for massages other than the facial. Recommended for service, cleanliness and professionalism of staff.

Amazing massage place to visit! On a higher price but it is definitely worth every baht I paid. Their service is amazing. As it was raining when we went there, we were slightly drenched and were provided with dry and hot towels. The masseuse did a great job kneading the knots on my body and I was very impressed. Will definitely come back again!

I recently visited this spa, and I must say it was an absolute haven of relaxation with an excellent massage experience. From the moment I walked in, the soothing ambiance immediately put me at ease. Soft music, dimmed lights, and the calming aroma in the air created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at home. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the massage. The therapist was not only highly skilled but also attentive to my specific needs. The pressure and technique were spot on, relieving tension and melting away stress. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. From the choice of massage oils to the warm towels and heated massage table, every aspect of the session was carefully thought out to enhance my comfort. After the massage, I felt rejuvenated and completely relaxed. The post-massage relaxation area with herbal tea and peaceful surroundings was the perfect ending to the experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in need of an excellent massage and a tranquil escape from the daily grind.

Best massage and spa experience. Extremely friendly, professional and happy service staff. The infinity well-being is so pretty, very well decorated. I always have an amazing experience at infinity, the masseuse is very experienced, and the whole experience was so relaxing!

We had an appointment at 10am but were late bc of traffic so we called up the Spa and they were more than happy to reschedule us for 10.30am which my best friend and I were eternally grateful. When we got there,the staff at the front desk was extremely polite and explained everything to us (Procedure as well as asked us for our preferences for which oils to use for our massage). They served us a watermelon salad with their Infinity Iced tea and I have to say,it was very enjoyable and refreshing. We then went to the couple massage room to get our massage. The room was so aesthetically pleasing to look at and had a very calm and soothing ambience. Our masseuses were very professional and the massage was strong (although we could choose the intensity of how hard we wanted the massage to be). There’s a shower cubicle inside the massage room so you can wash away the oil afterwards and they also had lotion,hair ties and combs for us to use. After we left the room,we were served Mango sticky rice (which was delish). The staff at the desk Ms. Marya (Apologies if I got the name wrong) helped us take a lot of photos and was even kind enough to suggest we take photos outside the spa as well. She then helped us find our Grab car and waved us goodbye. 5/5 on everything here at Infinity Wellbeing, I’d highly recommend it to my friends if they ever plan to come back to BKK :))))

Really incredible! Incredible, relaxing atmosphere, super beautiful decor, well equipped. Wonderful service from start to finish! We were very well received and the massage we had was great too. It was worth every money spent at this place.

My 3rd time having a treatment here with the first two being at the other outlet in Silom. Experience here is equally good - with very welcoming and professional staff. Treatment with therapist Seen was excellent - he was able to remove the knots and I felt super refreshed after the massage. Excellent ambience. Only downside a little bit of a walk from Asok - not great considering the heat of Bangkok. You may wanna cab here instead! Would 100% recommend a treatment here. Make an appointment online so as not to be disappointed.

Staff were lovely, especially the front desk team (Rosey was great!) and the spa package was worth it! Facilities are amazing with a private room, shower and toilet. Considered on the pricey side for a massage but the service and products used made it worth every cent. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! If you mention you’re staying in a hotel on the same street you get 15% off individual treatments over 1,300 baht

One of the best spa I had came across in Bangkok so far. The receptionist and the manager are very friendly and fluent in English. Services are very good too and prices are reasonable. I did a full body aroma massage & my masseur, Ice, was super good. I had the deepest sleep that night after the massage. Went back for another foot massage the following day and it was as good too. If you stay in Novotel Sukhumvit 20 they will give a 15% discount. Also love the mango sticky rice they gave you post massage 😄 I will definitely go back again when I’m back to Bangkok. The place is very clean and nice too

This place is amazing my favorite spa in Bangkok and I’ve been to alot! Very clean and beautiful spa aesthetic. Extremely well thought out and professional. They really did think of every small little detail. From the heated massage beds, the welcome introduction and preferences clarification. My girl explained when she was doing things so I wasn’t caught by surprise. It was just fabulous highly recommend!

Incredible!! Had a couples massage , personalised experience. Got to choose scrubs, massage, oils etc. Arrival drink and mango sticky rice to finish. Honestly, the best massage I’ve ever had, a must try!!! I’ll be back

We were welcomed very friendly and we’re offered a refreshing fruit tea and soma mango and watermelon. The different massages were explained to us and we could choose out of three options for our body scrub and massage oil fragrances. We had a shared room as a couple. The atmosphere was very conformation and relaxing. The friendly women doing the massage were so very nice and competent. I loved it and will go there again!
