The best Safari in Thailand! All animals are so healthy and friendly! We get to see free crocodiles show as well. Giraffes and birds are our favourite part of this Safari I think. The ticket is 550 bath for foreigners and 250 for Thai. If you want a cool pics with Giraffes, it is 1000 bath extra each. Can not pay by credit card or QR cord! Must be cash only so prepare your cash to this Safari!

Nice place, however they break every little thing into a separate item and charge a hefty sum for it and rush you through everything. You go to see and feed giraffes which is great, but the carrot costs 50 B per person. Rhere are lions and panthers in large walled gardens, but the bus driver speeds through them not letting you actually see the animals for more than a photo opportunity. There are a lion cub and baby tiger which kids can feed (for an extra 550 B per kid), but they speed that too, so the kids really loved feeding and petting the baby beasts but felt they were kicked out way too early.

We got a full day of exclusive guided animal encounters. First half was at the Safari Park. Feeding wild cats for the first time there felt absolutely surreal! We got to play with 2 month old leopard cubs, another 2 month old puma/leopard hybrid cub and a 6 month old lion cub - the largest cat species in the world. After that we got on the bus, which we had all to ourselves and we went inside the park. We drove past deers and fed them, after that we passed by the lions and saw two tigers fighting. Seing wild cats up close was truly amazing. Then we got to the giraffe section. Feeding giraffes is so much fun, but incredibly tricky! They have learned how to steal food and act as a group to divide and conquer. While one of them has your attention, the others are stealing carrots from your bowl. Unbeatable! One of them was a 2 years old baby, and already almost 3 meters tall!

I had a great experience at the open zoo here. The animals look very healthy and familiar with human. You can feed the giraffe from the open-air bus. Good place to go with family and friends.

The Safari Park offers optional private tour to take photos closely with giraffes and tigers - 1,000 THB per person (advance reservation is required) with additional entrance fee 200THB. If you just want to visit the park, just pay 200THB for a tram to see the animal around. In my opinion, all wildlife in the park have been greatly treated and trained by staff - clean and not too aggressive.

Why this camel's lashes are better than mine hhahaa. Anyway, the children loves the animals so much and they capture every moments. Do not buy ticket online. Just come directly. However, if you want to have pictorial with the giraffe, have to book in advance in their site. Be careful also of booking this zoo. Different from Safari world which is in Bangkok. This is Safari Kanchanaburi.

This safari park is popular recently. You can enjoy a private photo shorting session on a jeep with giraffes (Not including in the entrance fee). If you have no budget to the Africa, it is a good choice to interact with giraffes here. And you can choose to interact with baby tiger, baby lion and baby leopard with extra charges. Unforgettable experiences for animals lovers!

Private car is able to drive in, 550 baht per person, what a great experience to enjoy the Open Zoo. We bought 8 basket of carrots at the entrance. 100 baht for 2 basket. Buy more as there are no stopping point to buy once u enter. I am able to see that animal are provided with food, so they aren’t starving, but they seems to love the carrot a lot and rushing to our car to have carrots. The giraffe are shyer, once the zebra cloud came, they tend to give way. We did not check on the show due to hot weather. Walk a little on their walking area, not much to see. Staff are friendly and surprised on how much basket of carrot we got! My girl enjoy feeding them.

The safari park ride was fun. The giraffe feeding session was great and fun. Aside from that, the rest of it is just not worth it. Alligator show is just terrible. Can skip all of the shows.

Superb place to interact and engage with animals in a open zoo concept. Able to drive your own vehicle in the park to view the animals or take the bus provided by the zoo. Take note of the timings for the animal shows, which is in a separate area that requires the parking of vehicles. Can purchase food to feed the animals. Animals look lively and energetic, seems well kept. Will recommend for families.

I had such as amazing time here. Highlight of my trip to kanchanaburi. We were able to go up close with the animals and that was really an experience. We initially didn't know we could drive in to the Safari with our own car, so we took the bus. Was bummed at first, because a car would be more fun. However, taking the bus was a blessing in disguise, as the bus was high enough to feed the giraffes! If we used the car, the giraffes probably can't get to our level.

Nice zoo. You can feed giraffe with carrot here (2 buckets : 100 THB). There's many activities at this place, so it's good to come here with your family or friends. Also, you should follow the guideline from the zoo's staff if you want to feed the animals, since not every animal can digest carrot 🥕.

It was actually a pretty cool experience with feeding the giraffes and have them put half their neck through the bus windows. But unfortunately this is another place with the ridiculous policy of charging foreigners more. With a work permit they give you a discount but still not good enough. Not a huge fan of seeing animals in captivity, hard to tell how well they are looked after.

The safari park is 3 hours from Bangkok. The highlight for the safari trip was the giraffe encounter. You can take a picture with the giraffe on a jeep, feeding them for about 25 minutes. Feels like you are in Africa 🤣 but no no, its still in Thailand. You must make a reservation from their official facebook page if you want to take a special pictures with the giraffe. They call it "giraffe encounter". In my humble opinions, they must pay more attention to other animals 🙏🙏🙏 It was hot when I was there. Maybe about 34 celcius. So decide wisely what time you want to be there.

Feels like a very interesting safari experience with all the big cats: tiger, lion, puma and leopard. Buy some carrots before boarding the bus to feed the deers and giraffes. The highlight is actually the Giraffe Encounter: 1000B per person, you sit on a jeep while feeding giraffes and zebras. You need to book online probably weeks ahead, or you try your luck on the spot. Watch our YouTube Shorts or TikTok for the Giraffes Encounter experience.

I have mixed feelings about zoos and safaris in general. But, here, I guess it's a fun place for kids. Seems they enjoy seeing and feeding the animals.

I'm immediately turned off by the dual pricing. I would've happily paid the 200 baht entrance fee but having to pay the higher amount I refuse. I will take my family and our money elsewhere for our trip.

Nice safari experience. For up close and personal with thrle girrafe you have to pay another 1000baht. But the experience was priceless❤❤. Best to spend half a day here so u dont miss out every shows. Located in Kanchanaburi, about 1 hr and half to 2 hrs drive from Bangkok. Animals were friendly i guess because they are used to people. Staff are great and friendly. Worth the visit 👍

We hired a local tour guide named Tom, who gave us a wonderful experience while vacationing in Thailand and he recommended us to visit Safari Park. Our experience was filled with thrilling experience where all the animals were in the open and we were passing by them in the taxi cab. A must do experience.

Amazing experience here! Quite a long distance from central Bangkok. We booked a tour with Klook to get our trip covered. Had loads of fun feeding the animals - zebras 🦓 , giraffes 🦒 , rabbits 🐰 , deer 🦌 and many more! The carrots had to be paid for, and there were limited food options in the park itself. The crocodiles 🐊 do look kinda sedated, not sure if it’s really the case. Overall, this place was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Slightly run down. Crocodile and elephant show available but was just ok. Safari ride-through and animal feeding was interesting, must opt for that when here.

Visit on a weekday morning. There’s not much crowd then. Fuss free as well. You get the ticket and hop on to the bus which will take you through the enclosure. You can grab the carrot slices for 100b before boarding. There are antelopes, deers, giraffes, zebras, couple of camels, abd some of the big cat families are there as well. Following the bus tour, they will drop you at the mini zoo which you may skip if you don’t enjoy seeing small animals being kept in poor conditioned cages or silly animal shows involving the crocs and elephants. Overall, ok for the feeding experience. The rest, can be skipped.

Expensive park, everything is $$.. If book a trip from an agency with giraffe photoshooting can easily take more than 100usd per pax. We choose to buy normal ticket with adults 500bhat. Kid 350 what.

Very good experience, you can see alot of animals close up. Feeding Giraffe is fun.

  • 3/5 Pakamon T. 9 months ago on Google
Very nice, but feel sorry for some tiger as they seemed thirsty with the heat in Thailand.. please provide more water sources in the area. Also, for pet feeding.. they should have break time as the young tigers also are very tired. 5 stars for giraffe photo 2 stars for animal welfare 1 star for ticketing staff who don't know how to communicate clearly.

Must see if in the area. Can drive your own car in and feed the animals.

  • 4/5 Pitchawet W. 2 years ago on Google
In the safari zone, most of the animals seem starving so that they come to your car’s windows asking for some food which is great to be up-close with them. It would be great if the park is well maintained.

  • 5/5 Xanthe C. 1 year ago on Google
Really enjoyed this trip. We get to be up close with the animals like camels, zebra, deer and giraffe. The feeding of the animal on the van is the most exciting highlights of the safari.

  • 4/5 Marty S. 2 years ago on Google
It's fun. It's okay. The animals look fine. I don't think it is the best way to keep animals but they seem healthy. The way you can drive around at your own leisure is pretty cool. Don't like the double pricing, but... This is Thailand.

  • 3/5 Barry C. 1 year ago on Google
Very far far away from Surawong... pricing is good but went at the wrong time as the tiger cub just got vaccinated thus unable to take picture with... kids below 6 had to be accompanied by an adult... which need to pay additional 550baht... no negotiation... good elephant n crocodile show... herbivores n birds feeding... keep d herbivores food to feed d zebra please as ziraffe will come into the bus to be fed... quite a num of animals as well...

If you want giraffes to slide their necks on your head go there. Amazing experience wildlife. The location is a bit off cities but it is still worth visiting. I'm not sure if there are public transportation to the place. So if you are with a car and a bunch of friends. That will be perfect. County side view a long the road is nice.

  • 5/5 Uten L. 2 years ago on Google
Good place for family. Variety of animal and some shows. Highlight is the bus touring feeding when Giraffe's head comes inside the bus to get feed. It is a must visit this place.

  • 5/5 Edward L. 1 year ago on Google
Small safari park about 3 hrs from BKK city with deer, tiger, leopard, bear, elephants and crocodiles. You will get chance to feed the deers & giraffes while in the bus. At the ticket counter, you can also get to buy another ticket to feed baby lion, tiger & leopard

  • 5/5 Sakapan R. 2 years ago on Google
Cheaper price for open safari, just about 2hour from Bangkok. We can have a close view tigers and lions. We can also feed deers, zebra and giraffes

  • 5/5 Kim R. 2 years ago on Google
Nice staffs, Great service and they really care about animals. The park is not that big with about ten types of animals. Hilight is taking picture with Giraffe.
