I recently had a hair transplant at Bangkok Hair Clinic, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. One aspect that concerned me was that it seemed like the surgery was mostly performed by the nurse, as the doctor was not readily available during the procedure. When I wanted to ask the doctor something, it took a while for him to come over. On the positive side, I must say that all the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly. They were courteous and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Additionally, they were proactive in following up with me after the procedure, addressing any questions or concerns I had. However, my third-month follow-up appointment with Dr. Jade was disappointing. It felt rushed, as the doctor didn't even take a look at my donor area and simply stated that everything was fine. The entire checkup lasted less than five minutes, which left me feeling unsatisfied. Another point worth mentioning is that I noticed many of the Google reviews for the clinic were from "new users," raising doubts about their authenticity. It's uncertain how many of these reviews are genuine. Lastly, the price of the services offered by Bangkok Hair Clinic was higher compared to other clinics in the area, which may be a factor worth considering. Overall, my experience with Bangkok Hair Clinic had its ups and downs. While the staff was friendly and attentive, there were concerns regarding the involvement of the doctor during the surgery and the brevity of the follow-up appointment. Additionally, the higher pricing and questionable authenticity of some online reviews could be taken into account when making a decision.

From the initial consultation to the treatment and post-care, their professionalism was outstanding and made me feel comfortable the moment I stepped in. The doctor and his team are very knowledgeable , friendly and attentive throughout. I highly recommend their services, also for foreigners like myself. Now, I can’t wait to see the final results! I was recommended bhc by a friend. Initially I was slightly apprehensive by the idea but he assured me that the process was easy and the clinic highly professional. Having completed a 3300 graft process on my crown and forehead I was exceptionally pleased with the service. The clinic is immaculate and the staff both friendly and professional. All concerns were eased and the process was efficient and effective. Minimal pain and I fell asleep during a large proportion of the process after the local anesthetic. I am day 3 now post op and there is near zero pain and i am happy with the results so far. Thoroughly recommend - both going through the process and bhc as a highly reputable and professional clinic.

I had an excellent experience at Bangkok hair clinic the doctor is extremely professional and informative. Leo the customer liaison was very helpful and communication was top notch as well. I was extremely nervous before hand but all the staff made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was completely pain free. Thanks for everybody involved at BHC , staff are super friendly and welcoming and the whole process was super quick! No pain throughout the entire process and surprisingly didn’t feel nervous at any stage of the surgery! The food for lunch was also very tasty and everything has been explained well and I feel confident going forward taking care of my new hair! Thank you guys

Professional services from the staff and the doctor. The staff is very friendly and they all take care of me really well from beginning till the end. I didnt feel much pain and the whole procedure was very smooth. By the time my surgery was done, I felt pretty absolutely normal and could return to my hotel on my own. The team is also very responsive on facebook messenger so I am always taken care of. I cant wait tor the final result of my transplant!

Bangkok Hair Clinic I think online reviews are critical and useful to most people. I read many of them about Bangkok Hair Clinic (BHC) and took them into consideration when deciding whom I should use for my hair transplant surgery. I have never written a review before, however, I felt compelled to complete one considering the exceptional service and care I experienced at BHC. If you are considering or planning for a hair transplant or treatment, please keep reading and learning from my experience. I started my journey for hair transplantation surgery like many other people by researching online and reading any information I could get my hands on. I wanted to find a respected and reliable practice with doctors and technicians that are renowned for their expertise in hair restoration and transplantation. After spending countless days researching, watching YouTube, and reading reviews, I came across reviews and testimonials about BHC. I was very impressed with what I read and watched. The two-brother doctor team at BHC Dr. Jet and Dr. Chert had many positive reviews, and their educational background and training were top notch. I felt confident and encouraged by what I learned about the doctors and the facilities at BHC. I emailed my interest in participating in a hair transplant procedure. After receiving a response I was able to make an online appointment to meet with Dr. Jet. The meeting further solidified my confidence in the doctors and the BHC facilities. I then planned a date and time for my procedure. I planned my trip to Bangkok about 2 months out from my online meeting with Dr. Jet. I needed time to sort out my work schedule, travel itinerary, and plan around Doctors’ availability. This is my highlight. Thai people are the kindest, sweetest, and remarkably accommodating people in the world and that is also true of the staff at BHC. The staff speaks Thai and to ensure you are expressing your wants and needs, you will need to be patient and understanding when communicating. A special thanks to Jane, Leo, and Pam for their warmth, welcoming words and for assisting me throughout my stay in Bangkok. If you have questions about the surgery or procedures, put them in writing and email them to the staff at BHC in advance. The staff is quick with responses which will put your mind at ease. The doctors are well educated and speak English well. Overall, every step of the process was seamlessly organized. I went in at 9 a.m. on the surgery day and didn’t get out of the clinic until around 6 p.m. I felt comfortable and could have stayed longer if I had concerns or didn’t feel up to returning to my hotel directly after the procedure. I was able to get four to five hours of sleep that night. The day following my procedure I returned to BHC for my first hair wash, everything went well. I returned to BHC the following three days for hair washing as well. I purposefully booked a hotel close to the BHC facility. My hair procedure was completed on October 10th, 2023. I am excited to see the progress of my procedure over the following three to six, and to twelve months. I am in the early stages of my journey to a new head of hair. Throughout the whole experience I found everyone at the clinic extremely friendly and competent. They were very thorough with explanation regarding the procedure and made sure all my concerns and questions were answered before we started. The procedure itself took about 7 hours but it felt much shorter than that. Throughout the whole thing the staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible and were very attentive.

Honestly, this is THE best place and ONLY place you should consider for any hair treatment, especially a hair transplant. The clinic is like a 5 star hotel, spotless, inviting, and where the staff are all of the best service and attitudes. They will inform you of absolutely everything you need to know before and after, with detailed instructions again via line and in their booklets, and you may ask again at anytime anything about everything you might be worried about. The doctor is also very humble and most importantly highly skilled and with excellent manners. They also provide many post-operation services including their own branded after care products that are not included elsewhere. Cost is also reasonable and definitely worth the price. Please use this place for your hair care needs.
