A lot of long history about Ceramic. In this place, you can buy a ticket to get a tour inside of the museum. A tourist guide will lead the way and provide you information of the museum in terms of cultural, historical, heritage as well as demonstrate how to craft a ceramic plate. Beside, there is a shop selling beautiful stuff made by the locals. This is one of the recommended museums in Thailand, actually. 😁🖼️👍

Such a historic and interesting place to visit. I enjoyed listening to the guide telling all the stories of this family business that has become an iconic souvenir of Lampang. Highly recommended to visit!

The museum offered great introduction and it all tailored to your language needs. We had a Chinese guide named โบว์ and she made it easily understood of the history of chicken bowls. It’s worth of visiting anyways.

Enjoyed hearing about the story of the ceramic industry in Lampang, from the travel of the founder from Guangdong, China, to Chiang Mai, to him identifying the kind of stone that was best for white pottery and his bicycle ride to its source in Lampang... Great information; will never forget hearing about it. My family really enjoyed the demonstration of the different methods for creating the bowls over time and how they were fired in the kilns.

I very much enjoyed my visit here. Our tour guide Mam was fantastic, and answered any questions we had. I didn't expect the ceramic museum to be as interesting or well organised as it was. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you have children who would like to have a go at designing their own bowls, cups or ornaments.

It’s a nice, simple place yet fabulous with a lot of history. Also, despite the fact it’s a place making goods from clay; it’s super clean!! Thumbs up for that. Very COVID safe. Workshop, cafe and outlet areas are just great. Deco design goods are pretty amazing. Discounted items are way too good to be true

I was excited when i was given a flag prop with the South African flag on it. My friend was given one with the Italian flag on. The guide Non, explained everything in a way that i left with a feeling of contentment regarding information about the museum. I can spend the whole day at this place. I had goosebumps at the beginning of the tour. We did lessons about interesting places in Lampang and being here is like a dream. I will definitely come again with friends and family. Definitely worth the time.

Visit is interesting, not too long. Something to do in Lampang. A shop and a coffee shop nearby where children can decorate porcelain.

Worth the admission, the site isn't a main production site anymore but they still have skilled artisans making things and demonstrating both old and modern techniques.

Had no idea what I was walking into - thought maybe it was a museum. Instead I got a one on one guided tour of the entire ceramic factory, including history of the family and founder. It was far more interesting and enjoyable than I expected it to be! Encourage checking out the shop and cafe too

You can visit the factory for a fee, as I didn't have time I just went to the shop and grab some bargain grade B items which I thought still nice

Museum of Lampang biggest and oldest ceramic factory. There is a vintage ceramic kiln called "Dragon Kiln" which is preserved for education. Cafe, workshop and ceramic products are available at the shop in the front of the museum.

Excellent museum. The guided tour I was lucky to attend to was extremely interesting, explaining the history of the manufacture and all manufacturing processes. The guide was really excellent and gave a lot of information. You can also see people really working and manufacturing different kinds of beautiful ceramic pieces. There’s also a large shop that offers all kinds of products at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend !
