Massage was very very weak and the masseuse changed mid way without caring about privacy of customer. The massage was inconsistent and of varying pressure. Staff did not know what they were doing and finished 20min early from the 2h that I paid for. The staff also talked to each other multiple times loudly during the session and opened the doors repeatedly. Do not come.

Literally the worst massage I've ever had in my entire life. I thought maybe my masseuse was young thus inexperienced, but my partner had an older woman who was just as bad. They were talking a lot and quite loudly. Pressing the wrong points, hesitant in every move she made, was very weak, can't even move my legs and arms the right way. Was pressing around me to find the right spot like huh... She even sat on my hands multiple times and didn't notice. Also the massage was inconsistent, she would do one technique on the right but not on the left, or press my left foot and completely neglect my right, etc. Also they got the duration wrong - thankfully - we asked for 90 but got 60 mins instead. We got a refund from the receptionist who was very professional but unfortunately that's the only positive thing about our experience. Would not recommend.

🇮🇳 🇮🇳 from INDIA I have been to bkk 11 times , I always stayed at pattaya & I always got disappointed. But, for the first time I fallen in love ❤️ with this hotel . This is the best ever hotel I have seen in bkk. The staff is so welcoming, their staff at welcome desk always smiling , both staff day & night shift. & they were speaking so politely, not like typical sound aaaaaaaa, oooooooo This staff seems so educated. So cultured. Seriously I thank the each n every person of this hotel. One more think. I was having some ligament pain issue in my right hand joint. This hotel has a spa department. I have been at that spa I met one mam who was pregnant & I THINK she is a doctor also. That lady asked me about my hands issue and directly that pregnant women set on floor took my hand & started treatment with her team. She took balm & hot water towel for me & started moving my wrist, she got the perfect vein within 10 sec. And she told me " don't worry I'll cure This within 2 mins" I was very afraid of pain But, Guys believe me , I when I entered in this hotel I was waring a big size wrist band with aluminium scale since last 25 days, & that pregnant women removed my wrist band within 2 mins. She was like angel 😇 for me that day. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I was in so pain that I didn't even asked her name for which I feel sorry. Next day when I checked out, I want to hotels spa again to thank that women but unfortunately she was not there. I heartily thanks to that pregnant women 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 for what she did for me without thinking about her pregnancy. She was seating on floor and doing my treatment. I stayed at the hotel next to here and the foot massage I got was great. Clean establishment.

With a 10 hour layover at Bangkok airport I booked into Siam Mandarina and saw this massage place was open next door. This was the best Thai massage treatments I ever had. So impressed I think I'll head back for a facial before I leave for the airport. I'm so relaxed now enjoying a meal at Crystal Restaurant next door afterwards that I'm confident this experience will make the flight home that so much more relaxing. ill probably fall asleep all the way and feel nice and refreshed. Just what I needed.

Got the 90 min deep tissue and 30 min facial special, couldn't be happier. Excellent service, great hospitality and very kind people. Definitely recommend!
