Amori was a wonderful host. She was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable right from the start. Her knowledge about yoga and meditation were exceptional. The studio grounds were beautiful and in a peaceful location. Lunch was tasty and beautifully presented. At the end of our relaxing day, Amori took us to the local Wat and shared her knowledge about her culture and Buddhism and how it how relates to meditation. So informative! I highly recommend this experience.

We had the most amazing day at Flow Yoga, Amori is extremely knowledgeable, both an amazing yoga and meditation guide, and overall a kind, welcoming person. She took us to the stunning local temple and provided lots of information and insights about the area, culture and customs. The location is incredible and the food was delicious. The experience exceeded our expectations!

We had some trouble reaching the place, but, once we arrived, everything has been amazing! We did some meditation in a beautiful room surrounded by nature, we had then a private yoga session (personalised to our level) and, after a really authentic and tasty lunch (with a bunch of local fruit!), we took a trip to this astonishing modern temple where we have been introduced to Buddhist culture. Our last step was a breathtaking view from a golden Buddha monument on top of the mountain. The lady who took care of us was very kind, sweet and welcoming. She made the whole experience just incredible even if we arrived 2 hours late. (plus: she lived in NY so she speaks a good English and she is well aware of western culture). If I could, I would give more than five stars.

Amori's Yoga & Meditation retreats are a must if you come to Chiang Mai! She has created a fabulous, relaxing, meaningful and rewarding experience. The combination of meditation practice, yoga and the trip to the rice fields and the nearby district temple is truly inspiring and leaves you not only vastly more relaxed, balanced and at peace, but also a tiny bit wiser and more enlightened. The generous, delightful lunch is just the cherry on top of an already magnificent cake. Amori is a very kind, patient and positive person and teacher. She was extremely tolerant, flexible and accommodating. She patiently adjusted the session's schedule to compensate for our arriving late due to traffic and the yoga session to accommodate our (lack of) flexibility. Highly recommended for everyone, who has an even remote interest in yoga (or any exercise for that matter), meditation and/or Buddhism.

The yoga and meditation course week really great. There is a lot of personal attention and an amazing lunch is served. During the temple tour you get a lot of inside information, you normally wouldn’t get and it is very interactive. Overall, I had a great time!

Amori is a very skillful yoga instructor , she can teach all levels but do not expect blissfull music, candels , soundbath and rattan lights . Her heart is very much into meditation , especially walking meditation . Her brother recently bildt her a special building for this purpose. There is also another building on the property for yoga witch is more like a studio with no view of the beautiful surrounding nature. As we were only two of us we asked if we could do both meditation and yoga at the meditation room as it is more of a thai experience and it was Ok with Amori. We stayed the night in the 2 storey house placed above the meditation room . Each floor has a bedroom with firm beds. A bathroom , a room where you can do yoga on your own (or eat your dinner ) and a small balcony. There i a fridge at the room.but no kettle ! You are welcone to take coffee and the in a room next to the yoga studio. All rooms are equipped with a lot of windows with mosquito nets so if you open all of them you have a pleasant temperature for sleeping , the is a fan though. All the meals were included and the food is very good !!! Amori and her family are very friendly and as a part of the stay she takes you to the temple and the local marked by car. Its a bit pricy but Amori devotes all her time to you while you are staying there and you can ask her for alterations of the programme so it suits your needs. Wifi is excellent.

We very much enjoyed our time with Amori at her meditation studio. She explained the thought process behind both waking and sitting meditation. Her facilities were lovely and peaceful. Lunch a work of art.

Amori is a warm and friendly meditation teacher. Her boat-shaped house is beautiful, surrounded by various local plants, creating a harmonious natural environment. I had my first experience of walking meditation, and tears welled up in my eyes. It was a comforting experience. The yoga session was a bit challenging for me, but I felt physically relaxed the next day. The visit to the temple and the local market was also accompanied by Amori's patient explanations of the local culture. It was an amazing experience.

I had a great day with Amori. Amori readily accommodated my last minute request to join her day long workshop. I was looking for something different than the typical tours in Chiang Mai, and this was perfect! From a walk to the rice fields, learning about different meditation techniques, practicing yoga, eating a yummy nutritious lunch and learning about Buddhism while visiting a local temple- I learned so much while seeing a new side of Thailand, and taking a moment to pause and slow down. Thank you Amori!

it was a great experience with Amori during my business trip. My very 1st experience with walking & silent meditation. It was then followed by an amazing yoga session focus on the area i wish to focus. It was a 3-hrs retreat away from my busy business meeting. I was a bit terrified when i arrived realizing i was the only one for that session and i was stuck somewhere far away from the the Chiang mai city, but no longer after a small chit chat with Amori sharing her journey of life before we started the activity, she is such an authentic & nice lady. I was offered a local banana dessert & a plate of home planted fruits at the end of the session, refreshing after the work-out. Just to take note on returning trip best to pre-plan as it took me nearly 1 hr to book + waiting time. A SUPER REJUVENATE SESSION!

It was truly wholesome body, mind and soul experience! Starting with meditation, I have first tried walking meditation, it is a whole new experience, with the host Amori gently introduce the process, I felt very calm and the strong sensation. Then we head to yoga session, Amori helps us to stretch our stressful body. The delicious lunch made by Amori’s mother is authentic Thai food! I was very impressed by the last schedule, touring the local Buddhism temple, I have learned the virtuous cycle, very touching! Overall I had a nice Saturday hanging out with Amori and new friend, immersed in Thai culture! I would highly recommend if you have time at Chiang mai, enjoy your time at Flow yoga, you will feel different feelings❤️

I spent a productive two-day retreat at Flow Yoga. Everything was so perfect for me. All sessions were well prepared by Amori, a kind, generous, and very friendly owner. I love meditation classes a lot as she provided in-depth knowledge about Buddha’s wisdom which I could apply it to my everyday life. She also took me to a nearby temple, so I can know more about Buddhism as a way of life/ philosophy. This retreat was an eye opening experience for me both mentally and physically. Last but not least, all delicious home-cooked meals were served in very beautiful plates. Her team takes vegan food into another level. Overall, highly impressed.

Amazing experience! Amori was very friendly, I felt very welcomed and calm. She prepared delicious food. We talked about lot of things, went to the temple, where I heard some new interesting facts about buddhism. This whole experience meant and helped me a lot, and really opened my eyes. Thank you for all.

Amori and her family are very friendly and always looking the best after their guests. The food was so delicious and I could just sit down and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. I really enjoyed the yoga and the meditation classes. Amori is a great teacher! We were a small group (always between 1-6 people). So there was time for individual learnings and exchange of experiences with the other guests. I liked that a lot! Especially in meditation I could learn a lot from Amori. Also the talks I had with her were inspiring. I can really take something with me from the 4 days I‘ve spent there. Thank you very much, Amori! You and your family are doing a great job! I hope I could come back one day! :-)
