A precious gem of Koh Phangan. This is a very special place made of love and care in the heart of their home. An organic seafood kitchen with stories from the South with ingredients sourced from the local markets and fishermen and the taste that is fresh, delicate, and humble. Open mainly every Tuesday, Dear Phangan takes you to another world emitting a hint of Chiang Mai’s, the North of Thailand, vibe. They also have a small craft shop selling Japanese kimonos and handwoven bags. Booking is via their Facebook page. A must-visit! I haven’t seen anyone who doesn’t love the atmosphere and food at this place.

Remarkable experience and by far the most memorable food journey I have ever had on Koh Phangan. The food was not just food, you could taste the personality in every recipe as well as the choice of the high quality ingredients. It was the perfect last evening for our phangan trip. Definitely a must-visit again when we are the next time on the island. Khop khun mak kap to Chanin and his wife😊🙏

Very authentic food with the sustainability idea. All ingredients are thoughtful. The favors blend together nicely and delicious. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Loved the atmosphere, like dinning at a friend’s place. The host is extremely friendly. The food is also great, local caught and very fresh. They don’t have a lot on the menu though. I recommend calling in to book a table and let them serve you a course of food (3-4 dishes to share). I promise it’ll be a great experience.

This meal was one of my most memorable in Thailand. They were closing for most of our stay on Koh Phangan so we went right from the ferry to the restaurant with all our bags. Such sweet hosts and really delicious food. We didn’t order from a menu they just served what they had. We ate a shrimp/mango salad, grilled barracuda wrapped in a banana leaf with Mexican spinach, a clam soup and this amazing squid dish with lots of ink. So good, do not miss this place when you are on Koh Phangan.

#1 meal we've had in Thailand. Hands down. The wonderful and kind couple host the meal in their home and serve locally sourced, organic and very high quality food. The flavour combinations were out of this world

Absolutely far and away the most amazing meal we had on the island and one of the best of my life. But more than that it's a real experience. Amongst all of pandering and quick and cheap westernised restaurants on Ko Phangan this is something different, you may pay a little more but it's worth every baht, if you enjoy seafood and real quality home style cooking you owe it to yourself to book a table while you're here. Channin and Panda are a lovely talented couple offering something extraordinary and intimate you won't find anywhere else, being welcomed into their beautiful home and served Panda's take on some delicious seasonal courses made entirely with organic local sourced ingredients. If you read this far, just do it, I promise you won't regret it.
