He didn’t just select a diamond for the budget but also educated us so we were able to set our own criteria on the diamond. The ring we got is perfect as imagined!

Amazing! They not only repaired my out-of-shape diamond ring back to a perfect circle again, they cleaned and polished every tiny crevice on my ring so that the brilliance increased one hundredfold. It looks even better now than it first did when my husband proposed to me with it years ago. I’m just amazed by their professionalism, speedy turnaround time, technique, honesty, and sincerity. After researching online, I decided to visit Thong Lo Goldsmith a few weeks ago. I had a simple gold wedding band with 5 small diamonds...but one of the diamonds fell out and was lost. I met Sam and Wun there, and they were friendly and helpful. The ring also needed to be sized and cleaned. They did a brilliant job for me, and timely. Very happy with their service!!

Repair. Sam sorted out a replacement diamond for the centre of this cluster ring. The original stone had been lost. We’re from the UK so I did a fair amount of research looking for a reputable jeweller in BK and liked the look of this family owned business. We are delighted with the service that we received and finished product. It was around 20% cheaper than in the UK. I expect a significant proportion of the cost was the actual diamond, though the labour costs will be much lower than in the UK. Language was not a problem and Sam seems to know his trade

I reached out to Thong Lo for a polishing job on a couple of statement earrings and necklaces. They were incredibly quick with assessing the jewellery and took the time to sit down with me to discuss what could and should be done to ensure the longevity and aesthetic of my very personal and sentimental pieces. They also did an absolutely amazing job within my specified budget. Very professional jewellers that are clearly passionate about their work and making sure that everyone's pieces are looked after. 100% would recommend to anyone who wants a lot of thought and care into their jewellery.

When we moved to Bangkok, my wedding bangle was not happy. It would tarnish so quickly, even though I was storing it in an airtight bag. I cleaned and polished it myself with very little success. And now look at it! The team here was so welcoming and friendly, and the work they did was extremely thorough. This is the most beautiful it has looked since I first got it!! 🙏
