Pros: What a fantastic property: from the cordial and exceptionally friendly staff, to the lovely makeup of your room for our anniversary, to the immaculate room and excellent Wifi, it was an excellent overnight stay. Next time we’ll stay longer. Cons: Really wish they didn’t use smaller toiletry size cosmetics by the sink as it’s not environmentally friendly. Also don’t see any recycling containers? Pool water is unfortunately chilly. The complimentary two drinks per person per day is a nice touch and the views from the pool are stunning. Basic but decent fitness Center. Great location only 3 minute walk from Thonglor Lo metro and plenty of restaurants around. Love the room’s complimentary dried fruit snacks as well! Really appreciated the room on the higher floor with the washer, as well as staff offering a drying rack.

We noticed there was some filming going on outside the hotel when we arrived but did not think much about it. We only realised that we were affected by them because we were woken up by their noise the following morning as early as 6:30am. We came back to our room in the evening and blocked the walkway. The noise continued on throughout the night. Not gonna lie, the view was great and we loved the amenities in the room. We almost wanted to extend our stay but we did not appreciate being placed in a room surrounded by rooms occupied by the filming crew. As much as you pretty much earned a lot from these media bunch, I think we deserve a good night’s rest as a paying customer as well. You should’ve placed us a better room. Please do better, Ascott. This is not acceptable.

Unbelievably nice hotel. Beautiful decor, very modern, clean, great views, even a gorgeous smelling lobby as you enter! Staff extremely welcome. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Shame it was only for three nights!

Highly recommend for service apartment in Bangkok. I stayed in that type of room and loved everything. The view from my window is toward T-one building and Bangkok skyscrapers which are so nice to look at. Love all the amenities that collabs with Australian brands. Well thought and practical for everything in room. Another impressive part is how quickly and efficient of staff and housekeeping team to take care of us. They clean room quickly and always be helpful during our stay Breakfast is nice with wide ranges of Asian food. My stay was 5 days and experienced different menus everyday. Secretly love the cold noodles and seating in the restaurant. Location is great. Close to BTS Thonglor Worth the price in type of service apartment room
