Located in a good location, close to Lumpini MRT (you can easily get by walk), in quiet soi. Picturesque area around, that's what you need, if you'd like to live like a local. Very nice working chair (OMG, I want to get it in my home) and comfortable desk, with a speedy internet makes it easy to study online or to work remotely. One minor con: I really missed shelf in the shower, there is no place to put my washcloth / soap while showering

Centrally located, near many restaurants, cafes and low-cost street food options near the 7/11 on Sathorn Condo Place. WiFi is FAST and reliable with a dedicated desk and office chair - this was the primary reason for my booking as I work remotely. Great AC, cools fast. There is a very small balcony for smoking, only fits one person at a time. There is a closet for hanging clothes with small drawers. Bed is comfortable. Roku Smart TV has all the essentials for streaming content or selecting videos from your phone. Near lots of tourist-friendly places. Check-in was simple. Good for one person or a couple -- my boyfriend and I stayed for 8 days. Evan is a responsive and attentive host who gave us a flexible check-out when we needed it. His dogs are beautiful! Only complaints I have is that I wished there were more small washcloths (for drying face, etc.), dishes did not seem fully cleaned upon arrival, and Roku remote does not work unless you stand on the far left side of the TV. Overall, I'll still give it a 5-star review for the value of the stay. I would come here again!

Had an awesome experience here. Great place to be whether it’s 2 nights or 2 months (or more). The area around is very nice. Many places to eat, 2 7/11’s nearby, massage parlors, and more. Lumphini Park is quite close too which is nice. The inside of the property is nice as well. The bed is comfortable, TV with Netflix & YouTube, air conditioning, nice shower, nice natural lighting, and so on. The host is responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

The property is nice, clean and spacious. Had a very good night sleep here. It's so close to restaurants and a 7'11, and there's always a bolt or a grabcab around to go places. Great stay and great value for money!

I had a great experience at sanctuary house. It is located in a great neighborhood at the end of a culdesac so your sure to get a quiet nights sleep. The shower is amazing and it has everything you need to cook and feel at home. Not to mention Evan is a responsive, amazing host! Check in and out couldn’t have been easier or more convenient. I can definitely recommend this place and will stay again next time I’m in Bangkok!

This was my 2nd long-term stay at a property hosted by Evan, and it was great. Same lovely neighborhood, but located toward the end of the soi, where it was quite a bit quieter, yet just as accessible. This accommodation was more spacious — the bathroom has a counter with ample area for toiletries, etc, the kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, and some provisions for cooking, the hall has a wardrobe with drawers and space for hanging even long dresses, and the bedroom includes a desk + chair suitable for work/study. Ceiling a bit low for my liking, but little touches in decor around the apartment rendered a nice vibe. Was delighted to open the kitchen window to a lush green banana orchard 🌴🍌 :D Thank you 💛🙏

Evan is a perfect host. He replies immediately and was very helpful. Internet is fiber good. The place is easy to check in and check out. Evan provides weekly cleaning and fresh towels. The location is superb with lots of restaurants, street food, grocery shops, massage shops, bars, you name it. I highly recommend this place. It is my go-to when I travel to Bangkok.

I stayed here twice, once for 5 days and the second time for a month. It is a very nice place with complete facilities and convenient location. There is also the beautiful Lupini Park next to it. I go for a run every day and I am in a good mood.

First time in BKK, picked this apt because it was priced well for popular Sathorn neighborhood. Close to bars and restaurants. From Lumphini Mtr you can walk from Exit 1 or take Pee Win from exit 2. Grab takes you quickly to such popular areas as Silom and Nana which has fresh craft beers with knowledgeable hip staff. Recommend drinking local BKK Singha and Chaang beers. A bit busy on the weekdays, but as they say misery loves company as many apartments abound this very chic and mixed expat and local community. Really felt like a local there. Apt was bright and airy. You might bring a small cotton towel and wash cloth. Check in was simple, and host was responsive. Yeah the unit is up steep stairs to third you need to be in shape). Traveling light in Asia should be second nature not much change of clothes is needed as BKK weather is hot. As Evan states there are some inexpensive street food just downstairs and some fruit stands- The Marketplace Nanglingee by Top's has quality expat fruits, yogurt, meats and cheeses laid out gourmet style. Good bang for the money..unit is large, as well as large comfy bed for Asia. But half the fun of traveling is getting out so GOYA! ...that's the beauty of Airbnb not being trapped in a hotel food feeding on MARRIOTTHOTEL foods)

I was here for a month and the place was fantastic. Great location and great price. The host provides a LOT of information about local customs, foods, and attractions that is very helpful. The subway is walkable, but I would recommend only in the morning or evening due to the heat. The local restaurants and shops are friendly with great prices and the place itself is exactly as pictured. Absolutely recommend.
