I was already in 2019 in the Happitel. After this very good experience, I checked in again into this apartment building in 2023 - and was not disappointed! This time I chose a room on the 5th floor. The house has no elevator. But it is very clean and well maintained. I didn't see any bugs in the house. The Covid time was used for further renovations. The house is like new! The rooms are equipped with new furniture. All rooms have balconies. The windows faces to the hallway. This allows you to have a constant wind and requires less air conditioning. The apartments are secured by a very good key system. In the house were again many regular guests. Most guests are long term renters working in Pattaya. Because of this, and because the hotel is set back, it is very quiet. There is a 7/11 and drinking water dispenser right next to the house. All kinds of restaurants, Terminal 21 and the beach are within easy walking distance. The monthly rent is very cheap and the additional costs (electricity, bed linen and final cleaning) are the same as everywhere (water is already included). To be highlighted are the helpful staff and a nice and uncomplicated manager. My airline had postponed my flight, so I had to reschedule at short notice. Thank you again for helping me so quickly and accommodating! I felt very good again. Will I come again? Sure!

Stayed in a room with balcony on 4th floor. The room is not new, but good for the price, had a minimum of furniture, wooden laminated floor that is good, nicely painted walls. Building renovated and well maintained. Location is also good, on a quiet street, with some restaurants and 7-11 next to the building. One minute walk to the main road where you can take a 10 baht taxi, walking distance to the beach and Terminal 21 shopping mall.

I had a excellent stay at Happitel Apartments! The staff were pleasant and friendly. The owners gave me great customer service as I needed documents for my extension of stay in Thailand. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and I had a nice view too. I will definitely stay here again, recommended 5*

Enjoyed my stay very well, good price, close to the beach, fast wi fi, the building looks new and beautiful, there is a light that you can turn on on the balcony. Staff is helpful and polite. There is a laundrmat on the first floor, but sadly it doesn't let to pick up the program. There are many places to eat nearby, papaya salad from the street vendor and fried chicken with rice are my favorites. Every room has a window with glass blinds but it leads into the hall so sometimes it can be noisy, but it never was a problem for me, I slept fine.

Nice place to live conveniently located right across from 711, a motorbike taxi station and many local restaurants. Within easy walking distance to the baht bus route on Naklua Rd that takes you to Terminal 21. Best of all, you can also walk to Wongamat beach to soak in the beautiful sunset at a beachfront restaurant or bar. The rooms on the higher floors are renovated and offer a nicer view. They showed me several rooms to make sure I picked the one I liked. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a good place to stay whether you are in Pattaya short term or long term.

The conditon of apartment is new and comfort clean and best. The service is perfectly good. anytime when we need help or any recommend they always serve their service good to customers. The room condition is in good clean and new renovation furnitures are new and thank you for your service .. 😊

Very nice apartment. All is well maintained. So clean place. Budget friendly. Owner is also very good nature. All services are good. Near to t21. And near to beach. Really love that place everyone can afford. Staff service also good.

Neat and clean rooms.everything available at one place. Laundry, water machine etc. Front 7 11.near to terminal 21. Beach also just 500m. Good service. Owner and staff very good nature acomodatly. Everything in budget. Advice to try once
