Nice place, but it has one of the worst customer service. First we came through an agent who topped the price 20,000 baht on the original price. Also they doubled the electricity bill to 8,500 Baht. And the joke is that they wanted to charge me 500 baht per bed to change my bed sheets. Taking money right left and middle.

Tucked away in a quieter lane, within easy walking distance of Surin beach, is this beautiful complex. Meandering pool, friendly and graceous staff with spacious apartments make for a great stay. The Restaurant (The Terrace) is one of the greatest but it does close in the low season, so check to avoid disappointment. Great local Thai restaurants withing easy walking distance.

we stayed here for just over a week in apartment c36 , the complex itself was well kept and clean , the apartments were a fair size and could sleep upto 6 adults comfortably. there is a big pool , restaurant on site that is reasonably cheap, the walk to the beach is about 15 - 20 mins taking the road , although there is a waste bit of land you can cut across ( we found out with 2 days to go, gutting but good to walk the mojitos off, lol ) which reduces the time to 5 mins!! bann tao beach itself is lovely with alot of beach bars and restaurants - these were never rowdy in our experience.

Baan Puri (Phase 1) is a condo development located in Surin, Phuket, Thailand. It is 0.6km from the beach with 56 condo units across 4 floors completed in November of 2005. It is hotel-managed and features an on-site restaurant, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a bar, a clubhouse, 24-hour security, a reception/lobby area, car parking. The development has a large swimming pool which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse There is a separate kids pool section for less experienced swimmers. The apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All standard apartments are 100 square meters in size, and deluxe and penthouses 120m and 150m respectively. All of the homes listed are privately owned and are made available for rent according to Phuket Island Property Services standards for furnishing and services. All homes are fully furnished and appointed to include linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.

Beautiful apartments but take care to check if pool is open. It was closed when we were to visit though many other condos and hotels the pool is open.

Great apartments, very spacious and well equipped kitchens. The area where the hotel is located is quiet (so you get a good night's sleep) but a quick 5 minute walk down the lane will bring you to where the action is and the beach. Surin beach is also nearby and walkable too. Great big pool too for the kids (and the adults) at the perfect temperature too at all times of the day and night surrounded by attractive lush forestry and palm trees. All in all, a great experience enhanced by the attentive and friendly staff who will make sure they do anything to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday, but if you do fancy exploring beyond the area you can rent a car, which the hotel can sort out for you at better rates than you would find in other car rental shops.

Decent place with good service. Several massage shops nearby (Highly recommended). Close to the sky train.

Very well kept and clean place to stay. Pool always clean and clear. Would definetly come again.

Gym review: It used to be my go-to gym until they stopped using the aircon and raised the prices to the same as the more facilitated gyms.
