My 2 years old son developed bronchitis and had many days of fever during our trip in Phuket. He become so bad that we got the hotel reception to call for a doctor’s visit to our hotel. Dr Mon and her assistant that came together with her that night to our hotel room was super helpful and kind. She is proficient in English and we had no problem communicating with her the entire time. Most importantly, she is concerned about our son and treated him professionally. She also follow up with us about my son’s condition and provide details for us to visit a hospital to further my son’s treatment as he needs to be hospitalized. We are grateful to be able to know Dr Mon and will be keeping her contacts for any future use. Highly recommend! Thank you.

My boyfriend became really ill on the morning of our flight back home from Phuket and we were unsure if we would be able to make our flight with him feeling like this. When I called the reception of our hotel, they put us through to Dr Mon and she arrived to our hotel room within 30 minutes. She was very attentive and informative and was able to communicate everything that was happening. She treated him with the necessary treatment and medicine which helped my boyfriend a lot and we were able to make our flight a few hours later. To my surprise, Dr Mon even messaged me on WhatsApp later in the day to check in on him and make sure everything was okay. I have never received service from a Dr like this, not even back home in Australia. I am really impressed and appreciative of all her help and would recommend her to anyone who needs a Dr in Phuket!

Dr Mon was an absolute life saver on our trip. Two of the family were very unwell with food poisoning and she came to the hotel and gave them the best care that we were able to enjoy Christmas the next day!! She also assisted with a respiratory infection and a skin issue. She was very prompt in responding and proficient in English. She went above and beyond with our care by following up on how we were doing frequently and sending further medications for us. Thank you Dr Mon and staff!

During my first trip to Thailand , my wife got a nasty cold. She felt really terrible. We were advised by our hotel to contact immediately Doctor Patong Clinic. Within 30 min a Dr. Mon from Doctor Potong Clinic arrived to our room with her assistant, She did all essential tests and gave all required medicines and antibiotics. My wife started feeling much better next morning itself and we could enjoy our holidays. I was amazed by the caring and kindness of Dr. Mon, she was texting my wife for 5 days asking about her health ! Moreover, when she got cold again, as our trip in Asia was 45 days long, we texted her again with questions she replied immediately, with same kindness and care. I strongly recommend Dr. Mon and Doctor Patong Clinic.

My daughter developed acute bronchitis overnight during our vacation and we asked the hotel for a doctor referral first thing on a Sunday morning. Dr. Mon arrived at our hotel room with her assistant in no time with all the equipments and medications. She treated my daughter professionally with utmost patience and encouragement, and my daughter’s blood oxygen level returned to normal soon after receiving the treatments and medications. Dr. Mon also explained to us clearly during the whole process and continued to follow up on my daughter’s situation and giving advice to us even after we returned home. As Indian tourist to this place , in mid night I got my eyes swallow and dark redness in eyes and I was scared then I google and got to knew about this clinic and doctor. And early morning at around 8.30-9 am she is available for me in clinic. I will definitely tell this place is in not in market and not a huge clinic but some time treatment is all that to need I will asure you that Dr. Mon consultant me very well, did required treatment and also gave medication and gave her no.for any emergency contact becoz next day I had flight. Only thing I want to mention just go there tell your problem and just let trust doctor n her staff they will gave there best for you. Due to an annoying problem with my finger I visited Dr Mon. The impressions I got can only be described in one word AMAZING. really good doctor! they came to the hotel very quickly and were really nice and professional. and the following days she wrote to see how we were doing. we recovered quickly thanks to doctor mon and her colleague. and when we got home I had lost the receipt for the travel insurance, so I wrote to her if she could send it to me, which I got immediately. We used this service and it was fantastic, the Dr was so thorough. I had to go to hospital to get certain medications and she had arranged the appointment and followed up by messaging me to see if I received the medication I needed and to also see if I was feeling better. Imagine when you are on vacation abroad and you need reliable medical service . Recommeded by our hotel, Dr. Mom did open her agenda for our son on short notice. The clinic is very organized, clean and they really take care of us . Our son 3 years old was very well treated by Dr. Mon and her team of professionals. They really exceed our expectations. Our 1 year old had some tummy issues and we wrote to Doctor Patong Clinic and they let us come by right away! We met with Dr Mon who both had great english, was amazing with our son and seemed really competent as well. We got all the help we needed and she checked up on us on whatsapp during the days after to see that the treatment was working. Also, a week after our son ended up having a lot of marks/rashes all over his body and Dr Mon helped us with the treatment free of charge. Even then she checked up on us several times to make sure our son improved! We give the warmest recommendation to go to Doctor Patong Clinic and Dr Mon if you need any help, especially with your kids!
