I
stayed
at
this
condo
for
a
month
in
June
22.
The
condo
itself
is
good,
with
a
decent
size
exercise
room
and
swimming
pool.
I
stayed
in
a
1
bedroom
unit.
Large
bed,
fairly
hard,
as
is
typical
in
Thailand.
Good
bathroom
with
a
walk
in
rain
shower.
No
shelf
or
baskets
in
the
shower
to
store
body
wash,
shampoo
etc,
so
these
are
confined
to
the
floor.
Kitchen
was
adequately
equipped.
Microwave,
a
4
pan
stove
top
and
washing
machine
were
provided.
Disappointed
to
find
that
there
is
no
provision
to
hang
clothes
to
dry
on
the
large
balcony.
The
room
was
found
to
be
very
clean
on
arrival.
The
electronic
door
lock
to
the
condo
stopped
working
the
day
I
arrived.
This
was
due
to
the
batteries
needing
replaced,
which
required
a
visit
from
a
technician.
At
the
same
time
he
sorted
out
the
room
safe,
which
had
been
left
in
the
locked
position
so
I
couldn’t
access
it.
After
a
few
days,
I
had
a
problem
with
ants,
which
again
needed
a
technician
to
resolve.
Overall,
the
condo
itself
is
good,
probably
8/10.
I
was
due
to
stay
at
this
condo
for
2
months,
however,
the
Pratumnak
area
has
a
serious
problem
with
wild
dogs.
During
the
day
it
is
quiet.
However,
once
night
falls
the
packs
of
wild
dogs
start
barking,
whining
and
howling.
All
night
long
most
nights.
I
was
on
the
7th
floor
and
the
only
way
I
could
sleep
at
night
was
to
use
earplugs.
It
became
to
much
for
me,
so
I
moved
to
another
condo
closer
to
Pattaya,
just
off
3rd
road.
Unfortunately
this
meant
I
lost
my
considerable
deposit,
but
the
sleepless
nights
left
me
no
option.
Additionally,
the
area
has
suffered
a
lot
due
to
Covid,
and
is
quite
run
down.
Many
of
the
local
facilities
have
shut
down
and
are
well
behind
Pattaya
with
their
recovery.
One
positive
is
there
is
a
big
quiet
beach
close
by.
