I had such a good stay here that I booked for 1 week and stayed for 3. The price was good as it's rainy season. Every member of staff was friendly and polite, regardless of their role. The room was large and comfy and everything in it worked well. Lots of power points and USB points beside the bed. The pools are amazing and as there are so many, it was easy to find one that was empty. I had a couple of meals in the main restaurant, and the food was excellent. The rest of the time I hate in the healthier cafe and loved the food there. The staff in it were always so welcoming and kind, even though they must have been sick of the sight of me after 3 weeks. Sofia was particularly good as she spotted what you'd need before you needed it. I don't like gyms and fitness, but the gym was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The shuttle to a couple of beaches was handy if you didn't have transport. I'd love to stay in this hotel again.

I'll call this the best hotel I ever stayed at. Impeccable food, incredible gym, and amazing swimming pools. Yes, a little remote (rent a scooter literally across the road), but some people want to be away from the hustle and bustle. If you want a crazy party hotel this isn't for you. If you want to feel refreshed book it now. Every staff member incredibly helpful and friendly.

It has some amazing retreat facilities. The room and the swimming pool is clean. You're going to love it here! Also the hotel serve a healthy and delicious breakfast, and their dinner and lunch options are top-notch. Plus, the spa is super luxurious and they even have Gym and yoga classes.

This place was amazing, the gym is one of the nicest in a hotel I’ve ever seen. The obstacle course was unique and fun to try. I wish it had a hot tub and spa area included though included instead of a separate onsen. Breakfast every morning at the restaurant was a nice layout. Oh and my float session was really nice as well.

The hotel's environment is nice, but its location is extremely remote. What's most disappointing is the service attitude. It was my first time encountering a five-star hotel that doesn't offer room service for delivery food. When I made this request, the front desk staff told me to order from the hotel restaurant. By the way, they also don't provide in-room dining. This is not the level of service and amenities you'd expect from a good resort hotel.

The location is beautiful and the facilities and services are superb. Their spa massage therapists are top notch, I highly recommend Vivian, she demonstrated brilliant technique and is a master of her craft.

Brilliant hotel, very modern and well laid out. Rooms, food and service all above expectations and staff are so friendly and helpful. Only downside I could say is the location is not the best if you are thinking of walking to places. There are plenty of motorbike rental shops beside it and you can park outside your hotel room block.
