Tonight two employees helped me get home. My phone was dead and I was completely and utterly lost. They patiently helped me find my hostel, wrote directions on a receipt, and used Google Translate to give me verbal instructions. I would not have gotten home without them. This is by far the best act of hospitality I've ever received, and they both deserve recognition for it. One of them was the assistant manager, and I don't know who the other was, but I believe she may have been the manager. I hope they both see this and understand my deep gratitude, and that someone above them sees this and rewards them!! They are the finest example of customer service!

Easy to find, plenty of street parking. 24 hours including dine-in. Food was fresh, especially the fries. Clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

You know what you get, but they where quick and it all worked out. Some Russians next to me behaved as the always do, terrible, but that's not the restaurants fault.

We went to have a late dinner at McD. One of the few places that are open late at night. Big fan of the pineapple pie that's available in Thailand outlets. It was 29 Baht. Had their Samurai set and big Mac which was good. Overall the meal was affordable compared to the McD outlet we visited in Patong Beach.

We’re not from Thailand so we went for local goodies in this McDonald’s in old Phuket. We had the spicy chicken, cheese sticks, truffle burger and kaprao rice. We absolutely loved them all. The kaprao rice had a really great spiciness to it!

I like to try different countries McDonalds. Thailand didn’t disappoint. Prices compared to my country are a throwback to what we use to pay. Also service was amazing, brought food out to us and while doing so she stopped to pump us ketchup. Unheard of in North America! But still McDonalds and not the best food

There is only place to eat at late night. This McDonald's has no KIOSK system so we can order in speak to staff. Burger was good as any McDonald's.

We moved to Phuket from Miami last year and we needed some good old American food so it was comforting to find Mc Donald’s, I don’t know what they put it in it over here but hands down it’s taste so much better then the ones in Miami

This McDonald's in Phuket was very good. Thai people make everything better. The Big Mac and fries were the same as if I were in the United States.

On Google maps it was open until 01:00 its not!

If you’re just visiting Thailand don’t expect this to be the same as McDonals in American because it’s not. Their fries are the same or taste the same at least which is amazing but their menu is mostly different. McDonald’s is also very expensive in Thailand compared to most other food places.

good same McDonald's. WE have gone through so many of them worldwide and so I thought of writing a review about this place as it was good. I generally do not trust food in some places and so come back to McDonald knowing that I will get good hygenic and economical meal and it is delivered everytime, on time and clean. Thanks for doing so.

Delivery took almost two hours. The fry boxes where half full and ice cold.

It was McDonald's.. in another country.. same prices as.the states .. very clean and awesome staff. Only had a tea to refresh.

McMuffin menu that can't be eaten The muffins were very hard and burnt, the fried egg with the sauce let me know it was made a long time ago (maybe we were lucky) someone else got something freshly made. But still thanks to Hashbaw Fry them fresh and hot.

We stayed in Phuket for 3 weeks. When I passed by McDonald's, I couldn't resist buying Mcpatonko. It's only sold in Thailand.

Beef lovers delight. The special angus burger and classic cheese burger is divine. Prices aren't really cheap considering other outlets in India but variety makes up for it.

Bad experience. Ate out a hair from my double cheese burger and don't even know where the hair belonged to... It just stick on the cheese...

There's a tiny poster right above the card terminal, which says u can tap your card to pay, and yet, every time u do it just end up saying that y have to insert the card lol. Even McDonald's is stupid,slow and inefficient in this country...

There is no halal food in Mc Donalds even though muslim population is there. We walked 2 km to have beef burger but beef is not halal. So tried curly fries which was heft for 89B

Went to try the kra prao pork rice. Delicious. Not sure if it's seasonal item or permanent item, definitely will have it again if I visit in the future.

Have never tried plum sauce! It's better than sweet and sour sauce!!

The beat thing about McDs is what has always been the best thing. No matter where in the world, you can reliably get what menu items you enjoy and be assured they are close to identical as anywhere else. I lived in Japan throughout the 1980s and it was uncanny, even way back then how near Identical to anyplace in US. Now I live in Thailand and stop in once every three moths to one of the outlets in Patong when I ride up to do my 90 day immigration check in. There is a slight varriation, such as the "special sauce" is a bit sweeter and less vinegar...just like their ketchup compared to American. But all in all, pretty damn close. I like the Big Mac always have. I don't call it a burger, but a hamberger sandwich, as a bit of nuance.

In my opinion, by far the best McDonald's ever- 24hr service and that too superb. Thank you to the people running that place so efficiently and with love. More Power to you guys🥰😘

Good taste and great service

Great place for having snack after drinking around. Sadly they don't have apple pie. Ordered pineapple pie. The taste is as good as I remembered.
