Great
EFR
and
Dive
Rescue
course!
I
really
enjoyed
my
diving
experience
with
Thai
Ocean
Academy
Koh
Chang,
especially
with
Trent
my
instructor
for
the
Master
Rescue
Diver,
my
fave
dive
buddy
in
Koh
Chang.
The
course
was
fun
and
super
enriching,
it
improved
a
lot
my
diving
skills,
my
buoyancy
and
somehow
i
feel
more
comfortable
and
confident
because
the
course
taught
me
the
worst
scenarios
that
could
happened
and
how
to
handle
and
solve
it,
the
best
course
that
I
will
never
forget.
So,
the
gig
with
Trent
was
like
diving
into
an
action-packed
adventure!
The
first
part
was
all
about
theory,
where
I
read
chapters
and
then
discussed
them
later.
And
I
also
answered
the
quizzes
from
the
lessons.
After
theory,
I
was
taught
in
the
pool
the
basic
lifesaving
skills
for
myself
and
for
other
people.
Examples
are:
when
we
found
diver
or
someone
who
has
a
hard
moment
of
breathing,
unconscious,
unresponsive,
stuck
on
something,
and
panicking,
among
other
scenarios
both
underwater
and
on
the
surface.
I
also
learned
what
to
do
when
I'm
on
the
shore
or
boat
and
I
spot
someone
in
the
water
panicking
or
drowning,
and
some
real
life
scenarios.
The
most
adrenaline-pumping
feat
challenging
yet
very
rewarding
skill
I
learned
was
doing
a
rescue
for
someone
and
do
my
EFR
skills
while
swimming,
towing
the
victim,
and
doing
resuscitation
while
on
surface
and
while
towing
them
to
the
boat
(because
every
second
matters!)
I
think
the
Master
Rescue
Diver
is
a
fun
course
but
it
is
also
a
course
that
you
need
to
take
seriously
during
lessons,
so
you
will
remember
every
single
part
of
what
needs
to
be
done
in
any
scenarios.
The
highlight?
Nailing
the
underwater
panic
and
unconsciousness
diver
plus
rescue
mission.
Picture
me
diving,
towing
a
"victim,"
and
doing
CPR.
I
have
to
add
that
Trent's
vibe
was
a
perfect
mix
of
caring
and
pro.
It
wasn't
just
about
learning
skills;
it
was
about
soaking
in
a
mindset
of
responsibility.
The
whole
rescue
dive
scene
turned
out
to
be
a
wild
ride,
leaving
me
with
memories
as
deep
as
the
ocean
floor!
