I got in contact with Master divers because I got to know that they are the best on Koh Tao for experienced divers. I came to Koh Tao before but was extremely disappointed with the other dive shop since they were only focussed on courses and had nothing to offer for more experienced divers. I had an awesome time looking for macro with Steve, an amazing dive instructor who’s been on the island for 15 years and really knows every side blindly. He spotted truly every macro creature on the dive site possible. The other instructors doing the courses at the same dive spots where all super professional. It’s awesome when a school can truly combine safety, professionalism and fun! Thanks Steve and Master divers for making my second stay at Koh Tao memerable!

Found Master Divers because they had awesome reviews and because we're staying right next door at Lücke (we had the most amazing stay btw) 4 days back to back with Master Divers was such a blast though the vis wasn't too great this Dec. We did our refresher with Instructors Soonie & Susanna who made us feel really safe - we came up to really fast. Big shoutout to our Divemasters Way & Steven who took us on our fun dives! We had so much fun with you both. Thank you Way for saving my fins more than twice though I stupidly still managed to lose one on my way back. It's a good lesson for me hahaha I must say that Steven (Develter) was one of the most entertaining DMs we've worked with- this cheeky guy has so much positive energy, humour & dive tales to tell. He's also super loaded with tons of great tips on our equipment and diving techniques. We love him! @Master Divers you need to get him in full-time! We'd love to have him as our DM anywhere in the world. We dove with Master Divers in October of 2023 and had a great time with them. 1. First Impression The first impression was really good. The Staff answered all our questions before we signed up for any dives. This was important because our group consisted of different experience Levels ranging from more experienced Divers to Open Water Students. The staff in the Diveshop was fun to talk to and made sure we had a good time! 2. Equipment and Boat The Equipment was well maintained and state of the Art. They made also sure that everything was fitting well. Everything was cleaned well and handled with care. The boat was well organized and had all the Safety-Equipment in plain sight. 3. Diving The Team tried to accommodate to our wishes regarding the Dive Sites and made sure to show us new places at every Dive. The DMs/Instructors took very good care of us and briefed us for every Dive Site and explained the Dive Profile while including everyones Skill-Level. I want to especially point out Josh, Way and Misha since i was diving with them. Also the Boatcrew which brought us to the sites safe and sound. Overall i can recommend Master Divers without doubt and i will be back for more Diving!

Honestly one of the most incredible things I've ever done. Katie our instructor was friendly patient and an all round legend! Made the whole process incredibly simple and easy to understand. Equipment was pristine and the dive itself was amazing. I would recommend going for the two dives as some of the first one is naturally spent learning and finding your pace while the second is more exploring! Highly highly recommend!

Just spent a splendid 7 days in Koh Tao to receive my open water PADI license with Master Divers. A big shout-out to Becky Elia who was my course instructor. She was incredibly knowledgeable (diving+marine life) and patient and made the entire course/fun dive experience so much more worth it. Couldn't have asked for a better beginning to my diving adventures. You're probably missing out if you don't dive with her in Koh Tao! Rest of the crew at Master's was top class as well. Will be back soon.

It had been over a year since I last went diving, so I started with a refresher course. Our instructor, Steven, was really clear in his explanations and made me much more confident moving into the advance course, which I started the next day. During the advance course we were instructed by Soon-ie, who was really friendly, clear in the explanations of each dive/skills and had lots of patience when we were struggling with some of the skills (such as swimming backwards). As well as gaining my advance license, I also got to see some really cool stuff, including a whale shark! Overall I had an amazing time diving with Master Divers and would highly recommend diving with them. The staff are all really welcoming and helpful. You feel comfortable and safe with them, which is the most important thing, and the instructors are really knowledgeable about the area. Hopefully I'll be back for some more diving in the future.

The team at Master divers were fantastic, I did my open water certification and had many questions leading up to the course and during. Soonie was super patient and helpful during the three days, it also helped that I had an instructor all to myself with great feedback on items I needed to work on or address. With many options in the area, im happy I went with master divers.

Amazing first time diving experience. Professional but very friendly staff and although the weather was not the best they still went ahead with everything safely. Big shoutout to Soonie for being a wonderful dive instructor and a great teacher. Saw some beautiful marine life and was an unforgettable experience as a whole!

There are a lot of options for diving in Koh Tao, but Master Divers is surely the best. Josh and Misha were both very knowledgeable, clearly passionate and super-friendly guides on our dives, but the whole team working with them were awesome too (and what a lovely dog!!!) Would rate six stars if I could, and will absolutely be back - great diving, great people! 😁

I have just finished my open water diving course with Master Divers and would recommend highly. I learnt with Josh who was very thorough and made me always feel safe but we still had a great time and saw some incredible underwater scenes!

My girlfriend and I came to Ko Tao to reunite with some international friends who are big divers. I decided that this would be the time obtain my Open Water course and I COULD NOT HAVE PICKED A BETTER PLACE. First off, ALL of the staff are very helpful, very enthusiastic and encouraging. They made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the 3.5 day course. They are also very organized with dive planning and schedules. Second, I need to give a big shout out to my man Dakota and his partner Tamara who were my instructors for the course. They helped me every step of the way. Dakota was very patient and an excellent teacher! I am sure all of the instructors at Master Divers are excellent as well, but if you can get Dakota or Tamara, then request them and you won’t be disappointed! I’m so glad to complete my course! Rest assured, I will be back one day and they are my only choice. Thanks again Master Divers!

There are many diving centres on Koh Tao but, from my experiences, you can’t go wrong with Master Divers. I’ve now completed both my open water and advanced open water with them. Most recently I was trained by Soon Ie who was an incredible instructor. Friendly, informative and was great at finding all the best marine life! I also completed my refresher training with Steven who was excellent at making us feel at ease when getting back into the water. The centre staff are also lovely and are always looking to find out more about you which makes you feel welcomed, rather than just another customer rolling through their doors. I would highly recommend anybody to go to this dive centre.

I am very pleased with my decision to choose Master Divers for my PADI Open Water certification. Great staff and excellent communication right from the start. A special thanks to my dive instructor Lilly, who was an outstanding teacher both in and out of the water. My initial diving experience with her was not only incredibly enjoyable but also filled me with confidence and anticipation for future dives. Additionally, when I faced a food poisoning issue mid-course, they were very accommodating and adjusted their schedule to help me finish the course successfully. Highly recommend! 😄
