I’m
a
regular
visitor
to
Koh
Tao
and
training
to
become
a
Dive
Master.
I’ve
dived
with
multiple
companies
and
I
just
had
the
worst
diving
experience
with
Dive
Wishes
&
More.
Tom,
the
owner,
is
rude,
made
sexist
and
racist
remarks
about
me
and
my
friend,
and
is
extremely
unprofessional.
My
party
and
I
wanted
to
go
to
a
specific
dive
site
and
paid
for
the
speed
boat
for
this
very
purpose.
The
day
before
our
dive
we
were
told
by
several
other
dive
schools
and
other
credible
dive
instructors
that
the
dive
site
would
not
be
available
to
the
public
as
there
was
a
VIP
visitor.
We
asked
Tom
of
Dive
Wishes
to
please
double
check,
to
which
he
rudely
replied
“I
don’t
listen
to
other
people”.
Despite
this,
he
assured
us
that
we
would
be
able
to
dive,
so
we
went
ahead,
excited
for
the
dive.
When
we
approached
the
dive
site,
the
site
was
closed
with
high
security.
We
had
no
other
choice
but
to
go
to
another
dive
site.
When
we
called
the
owner
to
tell
him
about
the
situation,
that
we
had
warned
him
beforehand
(also
his
job
to
know,
not
the
duty
of
non
local
customers
to
tell
him
the
site
will
be
closed),
and
if
he
could
offer
a
discount
for
the
inconvenience
and
wasted
time,
he
was
extremely
combative
and
rude.
In
the
end,
he
gave
us
a
20%
discount
for
the
dive
sites
that
we
didn’t
expect
to
go.
In
top
of
that
he
wasn’t
even
able
to
provide
us
with
the
right
sizes
of
equipment
and
one
of
the
regulators
wasn’t
working
properly.
Apart
from
the
owner
being
incredibly
unprofessional,
the
boat
crew
were
friendly.
I
would
not
recommend
anybody
to
dive
with
this
company.
There
are
many
other
professional,
polite,
and
fun
dive
schools
to
support.
