I took the AIDA II Beginner Freediving Course with Regina and Niko. Coming from scuba diving, I really underestimated how physically and mentally challenging freediving is. But Regina, who was my instructor in the ocean, was so compassionate and patient! Regina and Niko’s passion for diving is really infectious, so even though I could only pass the pool requirements for the certification, I still had a lot of fun. I 100% recommend Freedive Koh Tao! PS. Their dogs are super cute.

Absolutely loved the learning process here. Completed my AIDA2 today. I come from almost zero diving experience. Charlie was my instructor and was very patient and observant and helped me build my skills slowly through the course. I came in with a congestion but Tom was very supportive and suggested some things I could do to be ready to dive, but I had the choice to not continue in case I was still congested. I had no problems equalising and went on with my course, no issues. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and supportive too. Highly recommend

I did the AIDA 2 course as an introduction to the sport and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the teachers to be very professional and I felt safe at all times. They also all had a sense of humour and they created a good atmosphere on the course which I appreciated. Hopefully I can go back to Koh Tao sometime to dive more with them.

Freedive Koh Tao was perfect in every sense. Very serious about the theory, concepts and safety, with a very knowledgeable and experienced staff, that at the same time had an amazing energy and were super fun to interact all the time. Charlie and Regina were amazing instructors, made us feel safe and comfortable about every small detail, and were super fun to hang out with. 10/10 experience, loved doing it and strongly recommend to anyone considering learning freediving.

Found this place by chance and decided to do my AIDA3 here & I honestly feel that this is one of the best decision I’ve made. Everyone here is so friendly and kind, from the staff to the instructors I really felt at home. Tom (my instructor) was really passionate, professional, funny and meticulous with his teaching & I felt really safe under his guidance. This is definitely a great place to learn definitely check them out! Also the cafe is a vibe ❤️
