I love Indian food and I have had Everest on my list since I loved to Hua Hin almost eight months ago. I have already tried two other Indian restaurants, and I still have a couple left to visit. Tonight I got to check Everest off of my list. We had a starter of chicken samosas. The taste was good. I was dubious that there was chicken inside at first, as it just looked like a mash of potatoes or something when I cut it in half, but I bit into it and the chicken flavor was strong and good. I would rather have had lamb samosas, but there were not offered. I had chicken tikka masala and my girlfriend had lamb rogan josh. We had basmati rice and an order to garlic naan to go along. Both dishes were very good. Nothing earth shattering, but solid flavors and nothing wrong. The rice was fine and the garlic naan was lacking in garlic taste, but had good flavor nonetheless, and a nice consistency. I’m bummed they didn’t have and Indian beer, such as Kingfisher and Heyward. I settled for a Singha. It was less than cold, even though I watched the waitress take it right from the cooler. Anyways, good Indian food. Worth a visit.

I visted Everest Indian Restaurant with my daughter after I had a fitting for some trousers at ''Romeo Tailor'' next door, We ordered Vegetable Samosas, Navratan Korma Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala Curry and Garlic Nan Bread. The flavor of the food was good - comparable to other Indian restaurants in Hua HIn. Also, the staff were attentive. The seating is open air and the evening that we dined here, the weather was rather hot and humid, so we needed a fan blowing on us. The air from the fan quickly cooled down our food as well. Oh well, in Hua Hin you can't have everything. I want to return to Everest to summit some other dishes in the future.

Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many!!! I had the chicken vindaloo and tikka, my wife had the chili chicken and we got the fried chicken for our son with garlic nan (picture below, the rest was on video). Portions were large and at a great value. The owner Vishnu and staff were very attentive and friendly. Very satisfied.

You'll see from my many Indian restaurants reviews that I love Indian food. I solely came to Everest based on other people's feedback and boy do they deserve the many, many 5* reviews. Great taste, friendly staff and came away very happy.

If you're in Hua Hin and looking for a good Indian restaurant, look no further and do not settle for anything else.

The best Indian food I have had in a long time. All the dishes were excellent.The tandoori chicken , lamb Kadai was exquisite.The owner Vishnu is very customer friendly . We visited this place two days in a row.

Authentic and delicious Indian food! We had the palek paneer, butter chicken, masala fish and tandoori chicken (highly recommend the tandoori chicken. Absolutely tender and flavorful!). Briyani portions are large and can feed at least 2 pax. We'd recommend the garlic naan over the cheese naan

Lovely authentic Indian food with great flavour and service. Had the best Tandoori chicken ever and fresh garlic nan bread. Try also the vegetarian dishes specifically paneer tikka masala and gobi salad. Will come back soon

Good (not great) Indian food, but it's very pricey - even more expensive than very good and better Indian restaurants in Bangkok. If you are craving Indian food, this might fulfill your craving. But if you are from or live in Bangkok, I recommend that you wait until you go back to Bangkok and pay a little bit less for better food.

We have been coming to Hua Hin for the last 5 years. Discovered Everest in 2020. We have eaten in most Indian restaurants in Hua Hin. This is our favorite. Good value, well prepared, and so delicious! We will return soon.

Delicious food and kind, attentive staff. Fresh, rich, delicate and authentic Indian flavours. I’ve travelled through India extensively and this was some of the nicest Indian food I’ve ever eaten. Truly delicious. Genuinely Lovely atmosphere. Really appreciated the Efficient service too (we had a baby with us who was getting ready for bedtime so that really helped). Considerate of my food allergies and made some nut-free sauces from scratch for me. Highly recommend

I only had a chicken vindaloo take away and must say it was delicious. I have not visited the restaurant, but I will do so soon. I got some extra small condiment bags. But not sure what to do with them. Thank you

First off...I love Indian food and whenever I travel, I always seek an Indian restaurant. I've been to Hua Hin 5 or 6 times the past few years while bike touring SE Asia, and have eaten at the Everest Indian restaurant a couple of times but forgot how truly outstanding the food really is. As I've tried curbing food that pile on weight (as I get older), I shied away from Chicken Tikka Masala because of the heavy cream (fat) in the sauce. So the waitress when I mentioned this, suggested I try the Chicken Masala which is a tomato base sauce with onion, spices and herbs. So I ordered the Chicken Masala with plain naan bread and OMG, the Chicken Masala was simply incredibly delicious. I slopped the naan bread slurping up every bit of the sauce in the bowl and my plate. Now, it was so good that I returned for the next 3 nights in a row for dinner! And I'm going back tonight and tomorrow night! Great service and servers are friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Some of the best chicken korma we've ever had. Breads and saffron rice very, very good. Chicken saag good, but not quite as flavorful. Simple and enjoyable experience. Recommended.

Excellent quality food with hearty proportions. Superb onion bhajis and poppadoms to start with followed by two substantial servings of a Chicken Korma and Dupiaza. Both had plenty of boneless chicken in very tasty sources to suit. Excellent meal in a very clean restaurant with great service. Highly recommended.

Came in for their 299 special including chicken tikka masala, rice, and garlic naan with 2 of my friends. We each got the special, and also ordered Singha soda water (30 baht) as well as a palak paneer (~250ish) to share. The food was great, but the CTM was a bit mild / too tomatoey for my Indian palette. My friends agreed. All in all a decent experience.

Not gonna say it's authentic coz I'm not indian but the food is indeed delicious. Got the paneer masala and garlic naan. Both items came out piping hot. The mango lassi using Thai mango hit the spot!

I have tried a few Indian restaurants in Hua Hin and this is one of the best, considering the food taste, quality and variety. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very nice. The food was excellent and the service was also excellent.
