Very nice location n good for family stay… during festive season like Loi Khrathong, Songkran there will be community celebrations with local dance performance and food stalls

Nice spacious PentHouse 4+1 bedrooms, gardened in the balcony wrapping the bedrooms where you can enjoy breezy open air. Good facility with big pool and children friendly community, safe and relaxed. Shuttle van provided back and forth major area like schools, shopping mall, and market places around Bangkok.

Lovely apartment with really large garden and swimming pool. Good for family. There is high variety of races here from Thai, Chinese, Indian, American, to name a few. Also a good place for kids to find some friends!

Nice greeny condo complex of 8 towers. If you prefer a quiet place to live, this might not be a good option. Most residents are family. There are many young children running around on the 3rd floor where garden, swimming pool, and playground are.

The large green mezzanine area, including two really nice big swimming pools, is very conducive to meeting neighbors and growing a sense of community. Basketball court, great gym, nice outdoor table areas for hanging out outside in a shaded, breezy environment. Substantially increases the sanity level of living in Bangkok.

It's very nice to live in.

Customer service are pretty good when you need anything fixing etc I just wish they would treat you as an adult along with not just being a resident. Stupid rules on lift access that will mean us moving at the end of the lease though to another condo. Which is a shame as have lived here for over three years and would of done for the indefinite if they would of treated us as adults. But time to move on along with others who feel the same way. Great space for kids to play in safety and the facility's ie gym and pools are great for all to use. Shame we will not be signing another yrs lease.

I notice discrimination on "Indians" by some receptionists and securities. There is no suspicion on Thai, Chinese, or other people (not implying that these nationality people are necessarily bad) but Indians are questioned a lot for absolutely no reason. The facilities and the overall apartment is amazing and I've never seen such place as good as this before. If this is seen by the management team, please select your staff wisely because some of them are openly very rude and some even point at people and talk about them and again its specially targeted at the Indians. Im very frustrated by this.
