We took the 3 days long SSI Open Water Course with my girlfriend. We went from knowing nothing about diving to confident divers in just 3 days! Simon (our diving instructor) made sure that we felt safe and entertained during the whole experience. Very cool guy with deep knowledge of his craft, I can only recommend him as an instructor.

What an incredible day! Thank you to all at Phuket Diving Tours and especially to Jon. He looked after my 11 year old son for his first diving experience in the sea. Jon was so patient, kind and encouraging and I never had any doubt that my son wasn’t in the safest of hands. We went to 3 dive sites in one day and saw beautiful coral, thousands of fish and a motorbike. We were very lucky with the weather being low season and the visibility was fantastic. Thank you so much to Jon and Phuket Diving Tours. We couldn’t have hoped for a better day diving.

Overall wonderful experience. David is easy to speak to and is a very cool man. Staff and John on the boat were incredible. Food is great, clean, and healthy options with lots of vegetables and sea food for lunch. High end quality pictures/videos underwater by John. Thank you very much!

So, after my first DSD with David's crew in April, I got my open water certification and beelined it to Phuket for more dives with them. This time around, we had Tim as our dive guru for three awesome dives. Hanging out with Tim on the boat and underwater was an absolute blast! The guy's a legend, making the whole thing a breeze and keeping us in stitches with his cheeky dive stories. Guess what? We scored some seriously cool sightings, and the whole experience felt like pure magic. 🤙

We did a wonderful day excursion featuring 3 certified dives at Phi Phi Islands. We got picked up at our hotel and met our friendly and professional guide Jon. He briefed us on the dives and set us up with equipment. The boat ride was nice, serving delicious snacks and meals with about an hour between each dive site. Our guide Jon made us feel safe and welcomed during 3 50-minute dives which he adapted to our experience level. Jon knew exactly where to spot amazing wildlife including black tip reef sharks, turtles, and tons of fish. He also took us through a beautiful open water cave, and even took professional photos of us and everything we saw so we could focus on diving. The dive sites were warm, not too crowded, and had great visibility. Would definitely go again!

My husband and I went on a dive tour for the first time with our instructor Victor from Phuket Dive Tours and it was an incredible experience! He is a great guy and he made us feel very comfortable throughout the journey. We were properly briefed for every dive and all our questions were answered. He is also extremely passionate and enthusiastic and goes above and beyond in taking amazing photos and sharing his experiences! We saw so many beautiful corals and marine lives throughout the dive! We took the practice dive at the pool with instructor Alla and she was pretty amazing! She explained all the necessary details required for the first time diver and we practiced diving in the pool. A very big Thank you to Victor & Alla! You guys are amazing!🙌🏼

Spent a fantastic day with Jon of Phuket Dive Tours visiting Shark Island and Koh Phi Phi on a 3 dive trip. The whole day was superb in the way it was run. Jon's experience both with diving and the local area really make the day totally memorable. Would highly recommend to divers of any level. Thank you PDT and big hand to Jon.

The dive tour was amazing! My friends and I had never scuba dived before and we decided to take the SSI open water course over three days. The course was fun, engaging, and interesting. Would highly recommend. We went out on 4 dives and our instructor Jon was super patient with us including myself because I needed more attention. The logistics were all taken care of so we could just focus on diving. Highly recommended, would come back to take other courses.

Spent two days with dive instructor Jon P. from Phuket Dive Tours completing my Advanced Open Water certification. I can’t thank Jon, plus David and his team from PDT enough. Incredibly well organised, Jon was outstanding, I’m not your typical diver. 6’4” 155kg and I gulp air like it’s my last. He worked through every stage, teaching me perfect buoyancy and trim, breathing techniques and observational awareness. I had a moment where I started to panic, Jon calmed me down, got me focused and we completed the dive safely. Thank you so much. If you’re looking for a place to up skill, or just a recreational dive, you can’t go past Phuket Dive Tours, also, ask for Jon if he’s available, a real gentleman.

Great place to learn how to scuba dive. We had Jonathan Parr as our instructor who was fantastic, but all the staff were friendly and highly experienced. The course was also structured in a great way to ease you into an 18m dive. Couldn’t recommend this more!

I completed a refresher dive at Kata Beach with Victor yesterday afternoon as it had been about a year since I was diving. He was patient, professional and gave me reassurance I just needed to breathe and take my time! I ended up booking a full excursion today with Phuket Dive Tours, and had the pleasure of having Victor again for the three dives. Our group was great- two members received their open water and it was a relaxing, pleasant experience. If you are coming to dive for the 100th time or even the first time, I will strongly recommend Victor as your instructor. He has the right balance of patience, professionalism and overall great attitude. Merci Victor 🤿🙌

Yes !!! Five Stars !!! I came to Phuket with my 12 old son for his winter school vacation. Very last minutes we have decided to get open water certification. We searched google, found out this Phuket diving tour we did 3 full days for training. It was awesome . Program is well organized. As a beginner, it is great experience. I met Vitor, our instructor, he is French origin. He is GREAT instructor !!! He guide and trained us most effectively . My son and I are very impressed his instruction. Thanks to him we made it. He opened our first step to explore the new underworld.. If you are considering to get certification open water scuba diving in Thailand.. highly recommend this school .please find Vitor. My husband and I went on a dive trip to Phi Phi Islands with Jon and had a fantastic time. He made us feel very comfortable and was great at communicating the plan for each stop and exactly what to do and what to expect. The dives themselves were amazing. We recently dove at the Great Barrier Reef and both agreed we liked these even better. We saw black tip reef sharks, a turtle, and tons and tons of beautiful fish. The boat ride was smooth and although I am prone to sea-sickness, I never felt sick. Would 100% recommend and will dive with this company again when we return!

We completed our Advanced Adventurer during our 2 day and 1 night Similan Island liveaboard trip. The entire process of booking and getting gear was made easy and organised by David and his team. Our instructor Jon was excellent. He kept us well informed of what was happening and explained all dives and the skills we would be doing. This created a calm and stress free 2 days where we all had a wonderful time. Thank you all very much for providing this experience and highly recommend to anyone coming to Phuket.
