Had an enjoyable and relaxing experience at the Akee Spa. My boyfriend had the balancing energy massage as he has a lot of tension in his shoulders, neck and back from doing manual work, this included a hot compress to help get out stubborn knots. I had the detoxifying facial which was extremely relaxing and included shoulder and head massage but without messing up my hair which made a nice change from other spa’s I have experienced. The spa itself has a very relaxing and indulgent atmosphere and our double room had shower and toilet facilities inside. Highly recommend.

86.31$ for a couples aromatherapy massage with a choice of oils. He chose lavender and I chose lemon grass. You can specify the amount of pressure, I chose medium and specified that I carry tension in my shoulders. Boy did she rub me down hard! But the little knots that I had before in my legs and my calves, and then my shoulders feel better. I think I will try the hot stone massage next time. Good place!
