condominiums located close to canal, could be smelly in rainy seasons. slightly towards interiors of sukhumvit 50. Calm and quiet place. Staff are courteous. Used to have transport to bts onnut. Might not be convinient to walk from main road to inside. Good to take this place if have own transportation system. Amenities are ok and rent are reasonable

Pet friendly condominium/service apartments where you can host small pets. Spacious room with moderate price range. Good service staff and empathetic management that aids the tenant's need during difficult time. Have shuttle bus service launched every 15 minutes in the morning to the BTS included into the rent price.

I lived in Waterford over two years ago and have recently moved back. I find the staff to be really accommodating and friendly. The common areas are always clean and I love the fact that I can live here with my dog and three cats :) There are a number of areas in the complex where you can go with your dog and it is a really friendly community.

The best condominium with specious place. Unlike many condominium in Bangkok, one can breathe here fully and enjoy the lovely environment inside. The office provide transport every 30 mins to On Nut BTS to and fro, it’s very convenient. Also one can take maid cleaning service at very reasonable price on monthly basis included with rent. Love this place!

Nice place to stay only con is it is little far for night life but it has MRT sky train station nearby called "On nut" which is well connected to the rest of the city.

Very friendly staff. This was our first hotel in Thailand and they made it easy and comfortable for us. The room was clean and the AC works well... sometimes too cold but with the hot weather, it was perfect. Free WiFi in the room works well. Sometimes falls off but just sign back in and no problem. They offer a free shuttle or Tuk Tuk to take you and pick you up to a local Tesco Supermarket. Saves you a 10-15 walk. Great location because there is a BTS Station (skytrain)there that can take you practically anywhere in that region and it is simple to use. We really enjoyed our first two nights in Thailand here and would definitely recommend.

Weird pet policy with pets allowed in 2 of 4 blocks but pets not being allowed in any of the public areas. Else risk a 1000B fine. Swimming pool cleanliness is rather dodgy as the water looks opaque. No AC in the gym. Nice poolside cafe tho.

Dirty and broken swimming pool. They mention pets friendly but not allow dogs to enter the park. Only little space for dog walking.
