Friday and Saturday, river Market (night Market). Good place for buy Thai typical things. Not like the Night Market in Chiang Mai. Much better. And not much farang 😜.

A great venture for the community. Inside this copper clad structure is an informative display of the major river system of Thailand. Schools and other groups are encouraged to attend the facility, which has adequately space to cope. The raised structure is a good place to witness the merging of the 2 different colour rivers to form the head of the Chao Phraya River.

Very cool architecture and cultural significance. The visitor center below was nice. If Google map directions try to take you down a dirt road to get there, do not listen. Stay on the paved road.

This is a new landmark that they built with the intention for it to be tourists attraction. Which it turn out quite well. The bridge design are really good a lot of places to take a photograph. If it weren’t so many people would have been very peaceful Everything is so good except the toilet. I have no idea why would a designer who decides such a good bridge would design the toilet in such a way that whoever walk pass be able to see the man peeing from the outside via mirror. see last picture for more details

Beautiful Architecture Design Phasan is where Ping River and Nan River combine and become Chao Phraya, the most important river through central Thailand. I admired the Phasan's architecture that reflects this meaning. The location is so beautiful, and the atmosphere is great. If you want to visit here, I suggest to go there in early morning, or late evening since and sunlight is so strong during the day. However, there are few things I'd like to see an improvement. Firstly the route to access this location is still under development. And secondly the restroom there on the day I visited had left only one functionally. I saw a long line of people waiting to enter one restroom that served both male and female. Anyway, Phasan is still the place I highly recommend for anyone who comes to Nakhon Sawan City. The architecture with its view is very much worth taking a photo.

Origin of the Chao Phraya River Nakhon Sawan (นครสวรรค์) Confluent des Rivières Ping et Nan, qui y forment la Chao Phraya. Source of Maenam Chao Phraya is a junction of Maenam Ping and Maenam Nan at Tambon Pak Nam Pho. The Waters of the Ping flow Reddish while those of the Nan flow Greenish,

The Chao Phraya begins at the confluence of the Ping and Nan rivers at Nakhon Sawan (also called Pak Nam Pho) in Nakhon Sawan province.

Pasan, an architectural building representing the origin of the Chao Phraya River. Built in the area where the two-coloured river phenomenon occurred. Visiting in the evening to see the sunset is more beautiful than the day time

Entrance no fee, only fill in your particulars at the Security Booth. Relatively new iconic building, the merging of Ping and Nan River which is the origin of Chao Phra Ya River. Be sure to follow the road not the one implemented by Google Maps as the detour will lead you to an area which was not drivable/ ridable due to the mud. Apart from that not a busy place, drinks & snacks stall nearby before the entrance.

Excellent location for family and friends to be there as leisure. We were there during day time before noon. The location and view were excellent with good facilities and surroundings by nature with top view of city.

The Origins of the Chao Phraya is a unique sculpture with 4 sweeping paths that represent the convergence of the Ping, Nan, Wang and Yom Rivers to form the origin of the Chao Phraya River. The Chao Phraya eventually flows through Bangkok into the Gulf of Thailand.

A structure that makes this old city trendy. Should come again when high-tide season because the ground under the structure will be under water and boats can pass under the curved structure.

Well worth making a short detour on our drive back to Bangkok to see this fantastic monument. We were fortunate to be there during sunset which was spectacular.
