Best dry sauna (110 degrees) and icebath )5 degrees on this island. Love this place, very friendly people, lovely, heartwarming place and you can have animal therapy as well (there are 3 lovely dogs and one cat, all of them are so cute and cuddleful). Can highly recommend this place. The food is great as well☺️

Very nice place and sauna but the prices at the restaurant are ridiculous. Portions are small, behaviour is scammy. No vegan option as well. One of the staff/owner was very rude. Screamed at everyone for adding some water to the hot stones after apparently warning not to in Russian. This is not Russia so if you want everyone to understand you, learn some English. Not the only instance of rude behaviour either. I really liked the place itself but not sure if I'd go back.

The grumpy old Russian couple that runs the place don’t seem to have the good vibes. Kinda ruins it for me. Gotta Pay extra for a towel that’s hardly a hand towel? Why not just charge more and include it? Expensive food & drinks. Decent service. Super duper strict about the can’t believe naked in a Russian sauna (so ironic), first time I’ve experienced such rules in a Russian Sauna. Viva La Ukraine! 🇺🇦

Taking an ice bath for the first time here was awesome. They also have fires next to the icebath, amazing views, and a blazing hot sauna. The food was amazing here too. The “chicken patty” was way more delicious than the name suggests.

After reading so many negative reviews I had concerns, but decided to check out this place and I can’t approve that any of those reviews are true! The stuff here was super friendly and kind, the sauna is quite nice, and the food is absolutely amazing! I had a chicken breast steak with mashed potatoes and that was sooo juicy and good!!

If I could rate this no stars I would.. We waited close to an hour for our meals, got two sent out, then was told another 10-15 minutes on the rest. We ended up having to leave as we had another booking and was chased down by the wait staff! He was yelling saying we wasted their money, even though our time was wasted and we had paid for the meals we were given. He became incredibly intimidating and forced the money off us. Plus the wine was horrendous, I couldn’t drink it. Don’t get fooled by the nice lights and view, the customer service and food timing is horrible.

Our Hotel is close to the place, we kept passed it and thought today; let’s go! As guessed, the location is indeed beautiful. A nice fire place too. BUT… 300B for 150ml pretty bad red wine. The soda was incredible sweet and therefore undrinkable. But the worst was the music and the people. All of them incredible drunk-ok. Sure. Why not. But SO aggressive too. I’m contrast to the Thai Culture, this was a shock and made me feel embarrassed to be there and witness the behaviour. Also met the first and only incredible aggressive dog (they even have warning signs saying “don’t touch the dog”). Witnessed a guy almost being bitten and he left confused. We wanted to like the place, the service lady seemed nice and was professional. But yeah, just uncomfortable, we left disappointed… not sure if I would recommend this place.

This location holds the record for the coldest ice bath and the hottest sauna I've experienced in Koh Phangan. Although the price for a single visit is a bit steep, I believe it's completely worth it. I also sampled their food—the soup was truly delightful. A great experience all around.

The place is smelly and sour with low vibrations, VERY unfriendly staff, the cost of 300 bath doesn’t justify the quality of the services provided at all. The impression that I came to the sauna to someone's home and I was not very welcome there. Uncleaned space, mosquitoes eat you alive and the administration doesn't seem to even think about doing anything with it. The best part of this place is the ice pool, but believe me, 90% of the similar places on Koh Phangan are much much better. Typical russian service.

Pretty cool place but the in the afternoon times the "ice bath" is so full of ice you cannot easily get in or (afterwards) out of it. They should use half the ice and then refill it again for the evening guests.

The only decent sauna on the island (if not too many people) Best friendly staff and owners. Don’t try to touch the dog Bruno though 😂 - he is protecting the place, especially after 10 pm

Great place which works as both banya (russian sauna) and cafe/bar. They also have a nice backyard with fireplace where you can lay around after the banya. They are 420 friendly, so you can smoke but likely they won't have stuff at the bar to sell

One of the most attractive bars we've been to. Super experience on top of a hill overlooking the sea. Easy sitting, lounge music, friendly service & good food. A little pricey, but understandably so. There's also a Sauna & ice bucket, but not our mug of beer anyways. A must visit in Koh Phangan.

Fantastic bar and sauna with one of the best sunset views going. If you're a sauna lover this spot is for you - hottest sauna on Koh Phangan, maybe even in Thailand, and a literal ice bath plus cold Po separate if ice isn't your thing. Friendly, helpful staff were very welcoming - thanks all.

Best ice bath on the island. Great options on different types of infused water to put on the hot stone to give a beautiful scent in the sauna. My only wish is that there was a steam room too.

I can understand some negative reviews. You don‘t really feel welcome. Not that they are rude, but also not welcoming. If you expect a 5 star sauna experience, you probably will be disappointed. But if you don‘t mind the masculin atmosphere, you just want a hot sauna and jump into a ice bath afterwards, you will like it. I didn‘t drink or eat there, so no review about this. The location could be a dream with more cleanliness and care. The view is stunning.

Hottest Sauna on the island and the ice bath was great, because it was literally 90% ice cubes. The owner is also very welcoming and we loved the atmosphere with the view over the ocean.

Great food, and the view is amazing. They charged us 300baht entrance for a party But it wasn’t really a party. Also everything was quite pricey. Still, a very nice bar.

Dudka bar is really nice place for chilling. If do you arrive in koh phangan you should must be going to that bar.

Very steep hill to get to the bar, and I felt a little bit out of place It's been run by Russians, and most guests were Russians, and I definitely felt some looks as of why I was there. There were also signs at the entrance of the bar, mentioning dangerous dogs who bite, which was not quite inviting. Nice view, and we stayed for a couple of beers regardless. But wasn't quite the inviting vibe we had elsewhere

Drinks are good. Food is touristic, rather for Russian tourists. Sauna and ice bath is a good experience to be tried. View around is very good..
