A must try when in Koh Phangan! French owner is always on a search of best ingredients, special flavours, and has a lot of passion put in everything, which reflects in the quality of dishes. If you are interested in seafood, they tell you on the website to inform them one day in advance due to pandemic situation, although they managed to get fresh seafood the same day we asked. Everything is done from scratch, including sauces and elaborate desserts. Didnt manage to take a picture of ours since it was gone too fast. So where all the amuse bouche and extra sweets the owner kindly served us with. A great wine list, which I was completely surprized to see on an island, but oh well, French love their wines ;)

I've traveled to 26 countries as well as across the United States and I rank this restaurant experience in the top 3 places that I've ever visited. The ambiance is romantic - open air design. The service ranks in the top 1% - attentive, friendly and professional (they prepare some dishes table side. That is a rare service today). Then there is the food. Our party was four adults, so we experienced 4 apps, entrees, and deserts + 2 bottles of wine. The food was eclectic and delicious. Every dish was my favorite. Luna Restaurant exceeds expectations ... And there are treats and surprises that you'll need to find out for yourself.

I'm Vietnamese, and I went to Thailand to travel, I had dinner here, the food was extremely delicious, the salad especially I liked the cheese on top, the restaurant's decoration was luxurious, that day I ate even don't really like duck, but that dish is great. I like dessert. I will come back if I have a chance next time

Absolutely so impressed! Money definitely well spent. The staff are so incredibly kind and pride on making sure you are happy with your meal. They go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. This is the best dinner and service I have ever had. The owner is so excited and enthusiastic to share his food and included complimentary foods like entree and dessert. 10/10 - will definitely be coming back!

It’s a really lovely place . Must try the banana flambé, dragon fruit and banana home made ice cream. I also loved the relaxed ambience (the dark wood floors felt lovely on the feet) and service . Everything we ate was brilliant. A true hidden gem..

Don't come closer. We waited 25 minutes for a glass of wine. We asked few times if they forgot us. Because other tables were served. But the waiters only said, food is coming. After half an hour we asked where is the food. After 35 minutes they gave us the main dish with no soup or starter before, and we took 4 dishes set. We complained but the waiters said wait. We said it is not OK. And left. It was the worst .experience in Thailand. Ruined our evening and the waiters didn't care.

Wow! What an incredible dinner we’ve just had at Luna! The food was DELICIOUS. The service was incredible. The owner (a Frenchman) was the perfect host, providing little palette cleansers between meals. The ambience and decor is also stunning. 5 star rating, for sure. We will be back again.

Excellent dinner! The food are delicious, beautiful presentation and attention to details service. The staffs and owner look after every table very professionally and with hospitality. High quality dining on Koh Phangan. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and the fine dining but warmth service. Highly recommend <3

I went to this place with a friend. We love the atmosphere, everything was good. The food is in high standard, cook well. Lots of variety for wine, all is in good quality. We also got the best service from Yea ! Highly recommended.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Here for dinner and can’t recommend the restaurant enough, had tapas to start and the chicken satay sticks are awesome with or without the satay sauce. Partner’s Dinner was the BBQ beef tenderloin with French fries they on their own where amazing the beef perfectly cooked and so tender I ordered the BBQ king prawns with salad prawn’s where perfectly seasoned and the salad dressing perfectly rounded out the salad. Desert was the flamed pineapple absolutely amazing. Price was very reasonable, be warned Booking is almost an essential, definitely ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luna was amazing. Great ambiance and delicious food. We also thought the prices were very reasonable for the high quality meal. If you are in the area definitely make an effort to stop here for dinner. The BBQ prawns were 10/10! Our best meal in Thailand so far!

Very lovely Restaurant with a very nice owner and friendly staff! Perfect if you are looking for a change from pure Thai food. The food is great, we can especially recommend the red snapper and the fresh prawns and of course not to forget all the nice deserts 😋 enjoy

Best BBQ Redsnapper in town. Also probably also the most stylish restaurant too. Had also great dessert options which is not too common here.

The day I came here, every restaurant on the strip was serving snapper, but I came here because I am gluten-free and hoped that a Western owner could cater to my diet. He actually visited his guests, including me, and told me of another bonus of his restaurant-- they don't defrost and refreeze fish (didn't even know this was an issue)! The meal was top-notch, a nice fusion of Thai ingredients with French finesse. I would recommend it highly!

I have been traveling in Thailand for a month and never funded a good place to eat meat, Until we arrive to Luna restaurant! First of all, the staff were so kind. we came to celebrate my birthday and the staff did me a little surprise party and gave me free desert. Frederick the chef, was so nice. he came talk with us and recommend us what to take. I order beef tenderloin and it was literally one of the best meat dishes i have ever had! to sum up, great food and amazing restaurant experience!

We only popped in here for dessert, but The Flamed Bananas with Old Rum was an experience we won't soon forget. My daughter was mesmerised! Possibly the tastiest dessert we've ever had.
